Recent Service 3/27/2014

On 3/18/14 my car was towed in for service. Benjamin was my service advisor. The service was intensive so it was costly. I asked for a discount and he was kind enough to say yes without any delay. He also arranged for a car rental. I have alway used Antwerpen for service even if it would cost less elsewhere as the because the service is phenominal. Mid to fairland 3/8/2014

Antwerpen's personnel is very polite and the customer service is good. The cost of routine maintenance is expensive. Can cost $500 for oil change, spark plugs, engine flush. Be aware. more

Very Timely 2/1/2014

Always greeted as soon as I pull up, they take my car right back and I walk in to speak to a service rep and have never had to wait. They are informative and very intentive. I get all routine maintenance done here and in the future will most likely get repairs done here as well. Over all very friendly. more

Didn't fix passenger seat air bag recall 1/16/2014

I brought my 2008 Sonata in for passenger seat air bag recall and the dealership didn't fix it because they didn't know the current policy on making such a repair. Frustrating, esp for a safety recall. more

excellent I had no coupons college park hyundai told me i have to have my coupons when I I arrive if not no this counts were going to be apply to my service . did called antwwerpen hyunda ro 40 the phone attendant told me to just come in! that any discount i deserve i will get LoL made me feel at home he did set an appt. and I got an oil change plus next 3 free good job antwerpen hyundai stuff more
