Ok, maybe I am a bit dumb. But I just want to tell all to be VERY careful when selling anything to these folks that may be of sentimental value to you. Should you have regrets, not even 24 hrs later, they quite frankly not only care, they will "COLDLY" shrug you off and tell you, it's too bad, but we don't do refunds. They should at least, especially when they see someone coming in that is emotional in the transaction, make sure they understand that they DO NOT TO RETURNS/REFUNDS AT ALL! I got nothing in writing stating that nor did they mention that once I walked out of their store it truly is impossible for me to buy back. Not good business or human ethical practice. I take full responsibility for my knee-jerk, emotional actions and will guide my actions accordingly in the future...but there is no excuse for not having basic human kindess and compassion and by golly...tell someone when they have tears in their eyes as they part with their belongings that need to be sure it's what they want, because they won't give it back. Not even 20 hours later.
Pros: Quick, easy.
Cons: No paperwork or verbal explanation on terms surrounding the transaction.
