Moved our 2br apartment from Revere to Cambridge with Anton's Moving - 2men crew / $120 per hour / 5.5 hours.\r \r This was the best moving experience I've ever had. \r The team (Alex, Manny and Tony) was careful, friendly, helpful, did a great job and easy to work with.\r \r Our new apartment is on a third floor plus a long courtyard in front of the building and they had to park the truck yards away and bring the stuff up. And they did this without complaint. \r Tony was the head of the team and couldn't be better to work with. I can't say enough about how great he was - willing to change where he put something if I wanted it moved, in one case, a couple of times until it was in the right spot. These guys were actually fun to be with. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.\r \r Guys! Thanks a lot! more

\r As Good As It Gets! \r Pleasant and stress free! \r \r This was the most reliable and efficient moving experience I have had to date. Wasted no time and made my move quick and effortless. It was a pleasure working with their team and above all this is one of the friendliest and positive moving experiences you can imagine. If you are looking for the easiest and reliable mover I highly recommend calling Anton's Moving!\r \r I moved a lot in my life. Long distance, interstate for work or just local moves. I was very impressed with their professionalism, demeanor, the way they handled my property, and their efficiency.\r \r Definitely recommend to others! \r \r Thanks guys! I'll call you again! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/4/2013

After reading all these great reviews, I had high hopes for these guys. \r \r My first interaction with them didn't set a good tone. When they arrived, I explained that the building manager asked us to not prop all the doors since it was very cold outside. Tony's response was, ""Well, we need them open."" I explained that I understood, but I was trying to be considerate and respectful since they asked. Tony responded, ""what do you care, you're moving out?"" I again explained that they are my friends and they asked me for that favor. They propped the door anyway.\r \r The work went along fine for the most part, I tried to just forget about that and move on. There were a few items that they said needed to be boxed better, so they boxed them, and only at the signing of the bill did I find out that it was $40 DOLLARS worth of materials! Yikes! If you go with them, and they say they need to package stuff, ask how much it will cost before you agree!\r \r Once we unloaded at my new house, I noticed that one of my pieces had been scratched. When I brought it to Tony's attention, he denied it, saying it was like that. (which is impossible since it was new. Plus, from up on the 2nd floor of my house, i heard them drag it across the basement floor (it was made of metal and so very noisy). It really bothered me that he was so blaze about it. He should have apologized, admitted to it, and credited me, or something, but instead he kept trying to make it MY fault.\r \r Lastly, when it came time to settle the bill, he wrote the incorrect start time, saying they arrived at 8:00, when really it was 8:30. He fixed it when I pointed it out. It was also at the time of signing the bill that he told me they were charging me for transportation to and from my house. They should have told me at booking that they charge you that time. It gave me the feeling that he was just trying to get as much money out of the deal as he could. \r \r This was my first experience with a professional company, and I have to say that I was really disappointed. If you go with them, make sure you know exactly what you will be paying for, and keep an eye on the time so that you are not charged more than necessary. I would NEVER call this company again. more

Professional, Careful, Friendly! Thank you. 3/7/2012

The best!! I called Anton's Movers for a pre moving quote and 2 movers, that worked close by that day in Cambridge, visited me and gave me a close to accurate estimate. Other two movers took amazing care of my items, everything. They were helpful and friendly and did not disappoint me on this move. Most importantly, I paid the same amount they said the move would cost me. P.S. Tony, Mike, if you read it, thank you a lot! You are the best!! more

My Best Boston Movers! 1/11/2012

We used them after getting a recommendation for move to our new house last weekend and they were great! The office staff I spoke with while setting up the move was very helpful, friendly and had the answers to all my questions. The movers that they sent were punctual and were very careful with our stuff, which I really appreciated. On top of the A+ service, attitude, and work, their quote for my full-service move was reasonable and did not change at all. Thank you, from Valery and Robert more
