I stopped all of the daily medications (10mg Lisinopril, 25mg Hydrochlorothiazide, 20mg Lipitor) for four months and had my doctor examine me.. He concurred, but told me to be very vigilant. I am not too much at risk because of my low level ITP condition. The ITP is congenital on my mother's side of the family from Northern Italy. We have no negative ITP symptoms except for a low 20k platelet count. The family is known for healthy longevity in those individuals who did NOT smoke.... living well into their 90s with a good quality of life. I have my mother's genetics, and she is a fit and healthy 84, needing no medications for anything (except sometimes being grouchy). more

I don't feel tired 5/5/2011

I feel good. I feel like a million dollars. Everyone I speak to I tell them to go see Dr. Peters. I don't feel tired anymore. more

I love Dr. Peters, she has really helped me and found solutions to improve my quality of life. It's my goal to continue my relationship with her, and to work on even more personal enhancements. more

been drastically reduced 4/27/2011

Asthma and Food/Animal Allergic Reactions have been drastically reduced to the point I have not used my emergency EpiPen or my bronchial inhalers in over a year. I can actually be around cats & dogs without going into instant anaphylactic shock. I actually ate Tuna Fish without having to go to the ER. I still have some 'itchy' reactions if it is a long intense exposure, but nothing like it used to be. more

I have more energy 4/12/2011

I can tell you that for once in a long time I have a perfect night's sleep. I don’t get up with night sweats. I have lost 20 pounds just following your practical food plan. I also have no more cold hands and feet. I have more energy and am now suggesting we do things. I feel great! more
