Sir,\r
\r
\r
As I mentioned in my earlier email, you really should save it for the Judge.\r
\r
\r
Yes you tendered a check and yet never a signed contract, therefore no contractor would schedule work or pull permits for a client that refuses to return any of the 3 documents prepared for his benefit.\r
\r
\r
You used our paperwork upon information and belief, to lie to the sitting Judge in Adminstrative Hearings as to your intent, for what reason I do not know or understand or even care at this point.\r
\r
\r
The pink proposal sheet you seem to be so happy I acknowledged in a earlier email another job site proposal-contract-or whatever you choose to call it. Another relevant document in my hands signed by me and yet the copy I have in hand from our face to face meeting is NOT signed by you.\r
\r
\r
Even when we met in person, you for whatever reason, refused-did not sign the proposal you asked me to prepare that same day, October 1 2010. \r
\r
\r
Another document lacking any signature or authorization by the stock inc. you attempt to hide behind, pretending you have the power to add additional 'fees'. \r
\r
\r
Your lack of propriety in this matter is beyond comprehension.\r
\r
\r
3 Documents generated regarding the work, NONE not even one of them actually executed by any Corporate principle or agent for the corporation.\r
\r
\r
As mentioned herein save it for the Judge, most sitting judges understand truth is a matter of perspective. \r
\r
\r
Your perspective - Anthony took my check and did not secure permit or start my job when I wanted him to.\r
\r
\r
My perspective - Client refused to sign any of the paperwork generated for his benefit, client refused to accept contractors request to be onsite working when the city inspectors were to visit the site Nov 1 2010. (if you were telling me the truth about case or inspection date) Clients actions were willing and wanton after meeting in person and also his weeks of having contracts in hand and not executing them. The client canceled the site work, therefore the client forfeits any money paid the contractor, since the contractor now has a $900.00 loss on the books. \r
\r
\r
This mess you have created is what a Judge will sort out,\r
\r
Best of luck in Cook County and Du Page County.\r
\r
\r
This may be the last of your childish emails answered, since you seem a bit dense in my opinion.\r
