This is a BBB A+ rated Company 12/1/2010

Below is a copy of our last email to the client. Even a BBB A+ Company cannot please everyone, also our A+ rating is on the BBB site without being a paid member of the BBB. Sir, Yes you tendered a $300.00 check and yet never a signed contract, therefore no contractor would schedule work or pull permits for a client that refuses to return any of the 3 documents prepared for his benefit. You used our paperwork upon information and belief, to lie to the sitting Judge in Adminstrative Hearings as to your intent, for what reason I do not know or understand or even care at this point. The pink proposal sheet you seem to be so happy I acknowledged in a earlier email another job site proposal-contract-or whatever you choose to call it. Another relevant document in my hands signed by me and yet the copy I have in hand from our face to face meeting is NOT signed by you. Even when we met in person, you for whatever reason, refused-did not sign the proposal you asked me to prepare that same day, October 1 2010. 3 Documents generated regarding the work, NONE not even one of them actually executed by any Corporate principle or agent for the corporation. As mentioned herein save it for the Judge, most sitting judges understand truth is a matter of perspective. Your perspective - Anthony took my $300.00 check and did not secure permit or start my job when I wanted him to. My perspective - Client refused to sign any of the documents-contracts or paperwork generated for his benefit. Client also refused to accept contractors request to be onsite working when the city inspectors were to visit the site Nov 1 2010. Clients actions were willing and wanton after meeting in person and also his weeks of having contracts in hand and not executing them. The client canceled the site work, therefore the client forfeits any money paid the contractor , since the contractor now has a $900.00 loss on the books. Anthony Herrera more
