Since all test information is entered directly by the doctors office, I wish I had a better answer for you as to how the error occured. Thank you for your comment. more

annoying service 11/25/2008

My doctor's office uses Answer Topeka. The service attempts to give patients and doctor's a easy and fast method of getting test results in a voice mail message. Unfortunately, not for me. I was given someone else's test results. Not happy. It was cleared up once I got a hold of a nurse. more
