In the three year old room, my child came home and told me she was spanked and demonstrated what happened. I asked to view the camera footage. What a joke! It looked like my child's LeapPad camera footage, had no sound, and covered about 60% of the room.
My child was taken off camera for long periods of time, forced to sit on a mat for almost TWO hours. The teacher sent home a note with a different version of what happened. I SAW her arm get yanked by the teacher, with her losing her footing TWICE! The owner said, ""Uh, oh"" and giggled when that happened. She told me that kids make up stuff like that and questioned if I believed my child. I sobbed uncontrollably and pulled my child out that day.
A month later the owner heard that I shared my story with a church member in the local Target. She called screaming and told me that I could not prove any of this and that ""I was a liar who needed to stop running my mouth"". She then informed me that my child was awful and that she was calling her new school to let them know that she is bad and would probably need a behavior plan. Then she told me that this is how she puts food on her table and to keep my mouth shut.
That is the problem. With a mom this is not about her making money. This is about a child.
Sad woman. Sad ending.
I recommend The Church at Chapel Hill and Primrose to anyone. I know Primrose costs more, but it is worth every single penny to know that you are dealing with professionals who know what they are doing.
