Anna's Home Furnishings

I have been to this Anna's twice and have been completely satisfied both times. The first time I purchased a counter height dining set. The set was on sale for a very good price, and the quality of the set was better than the ones I had seen at Macy's that were over $200 more. Ty, the SA was great--he let us know where all the dining sets were located but left us to look in peace. When we had questions he was around to answer them but never once was he pushy. The set was delivered the very next day and the delivery kid brought in the table and set it up in minutes. He positioned the table and tested the butterfly leaf to make sure it worked. The second time I bought a dresser and matching nightstands, and ending up getting what I thought was a great price with 20% off and no sales tax. Again, SAs were available to answer questions but they never pressured us. The bedroom pieces were delivered the next day, and the delivery guy set them up and put them where I wanted them. The SAs are straightforward and don't try to sell you all kinds of extras. Anna's has their share of ornate and gotti furniture, but there are quite a few more tasteful pieces as well. Be aware that Anna's has furniture at more than 1 price point: cheaper, flimsier furniture, and higher quality pieces. It is easy to tell the difference however. Yes, you will have to pay more for quality. People want to spend only $200 for a dining set or a sofa then complain when it falls apart in a few months. To a certain degree, you get what you pay for. Take some time and comparison shop, and be willing to spend some money. So yes, so far I have been happy with my purchases. I need a desk and bookcases so I'm going back in a few weeks. more

I have been a repeat customer of Anna's Furniture for years and every salesperson that has helped me, including Anna herself have been more than helpful. Last May, I ordered a few custom chairs that took longer than expected because of a shorttage of frabric materials from the manufacture (not the store's fault.) After waiting almost 8 weeks to get in, they chairs were beautiful! It was worth the wait and I couldn't blame Anna's for the delay since they don't make the furniture. I'm glad I waited, I'd recommend this place to anyone. more

I waited 7 weeks too. On a order that was told that it would take two to three weeks to get to me. I had to call them to find way it was taking so long. And then they would say it would be there that week and lied to me. three weeks later it came. and when they delivered it damaged I ask them to take it back and they wanted me to deliver it after I had them deliver it. This was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything to fix there mistake. I asked why would you deliver something that was damaged. They blamed me!! saying that it was hard to get into my place and the rip that was in the couch was from my wall. What!!! I have never in my life seen a wall put a rip in a couch. I would never go back and would not tell anyone to go there. I have had bad experiances before but this is the first time I have ever want to write review about someone. Don't shop here!! more

I highly recommend Anna's furniture the best service and good quality I have my house with all Anna?s furniture and she has good prices. If you will visit her store you won't be sorry I guarantee. When you walk in they always great you and they are not annoying like other furniture?s places they give you room to make your own desion?s and they don?t pressure you. Good job Anna with your store. I would highly not reccomend this store. This store has created a lot of frusterations and the service has been very poor. I had bought a bedroom set paid full cash, and not to mention the 125.00 delivery fee and I didn't receive it until almost 7 weeks later. Throughout this time the store failed to call me and let me know what was going on. They wouldn' refund my delivery fee and didn't deliver the set until the very last hour of my 4 hour delivery window. I would advise no one to go there. I have boughten many peices of furniture at other stores and it was a lot better experience. Pros: Nice things Cons: poor management, poor customer service, selfish and not understanding more

I guess it doesn't matter how beautiful the furniture is when you get lousy personal service. After making a special order, I finally got a call saying it was in. They only gave me half of it, and when I called telling them what I was missing, I was promised that it would taken care of in the next few days. Two weeks later, they still hadn't called. There was no record of my earlier request. They would not accept the half of the order for credit. Later that day, they found the rest of the order in the back. I will not work with Anna's after this. more
