Anna's Bridal Boutique

I went to this store before I bought my dress at Tres Fabu (now closed, so the reviews don't show). I had to re-buy my dress somewhere else. I went to Anna's after I found out my dress from Tres Fabu would not be delivered. MISTAKE!!! After the owner showed me a few dirty, gross dresses that were not even similar to what I wanted, she went on a tirade about the dress I *did* order at Tres Fabu. She told me that she could get my dress for me, and it was not true at all. When I told her that another store in town could get it, she told me that they were liars and that she was the only store that could get it. LIE!!!! She didn't even have any dresses from the designer my dress came from. Pros: ha ha! Cons: tiny store, rude staff, dirty dresses more

Anna's was one of the first dress shops I visited. I loved one of their dresses but I was still up in the air about the venue. Pros: Friendly, helpful staff more

I had a wonderful experience at Anna's. I told them my budget and general style, and they selected four dresses for me well under my limit. The first one she told me try on was absolutely perfect. This is after shopping at many other bridal shops with no luck. Service all the way to the wedding was great too. And free shoes! Pros: great service, beautiful dresses more

I too consulted with their coordinator. She also told me to cancel my order at another boutique and re-buy it through Anna's. I was very turned off by her attitude. I bought my dress from another local shop that Nora apparently doesn't like for whatever reason. She talked down to me and treated me like a child for buying my dress somewhere else. I bought it before I ever went to Anna's. Personally, I don't think it was any of her business and she shouldn't have been so rude about it. more

I was impressed by their initial customer service, they were very good about finding dresses that fit my budget and my desires. But as I returned the next day a trunk show was in progress, and before I knew it I was trying on trunk show dresses that were well beyond my budget. I of course had no idea that it was way beyond my budget, considering they were so good about keeping me on budget the day before. They told me that the dress would be custom fit that no alterations would be necessary, and before I knew it I was purchasing a dress that was twice my price point. I felt in a way pressured and cornered into buying this dress, even though all the reps knew that was not my initial price range. As I returned for fittings, I soon realized that they had never taken my bust measurements. So 3 fittings later and at my expense... the dress was finally perfect. In addition to these issues I had with Anna's.. I also found that as soon as I had purchased the dress, their customer service went down a few notches.. as though they knew they already had my money so what was the need to impress. I was soooo disappointed. Please think twice before purchasing at Anna's Bridals. more

I bought my wedding dress from Anna's and couldn't have been more thrilled with my experience. They had the best customer service of any of the shops I visited and a beautiful selection. My alterations turned out great and I was beyond happy with this company. more

I went to Anna's to consult with their in-house ""coordinator"", which was a huge mistake. This girl is extremely unprofessional. I purchased my gown elsewhere, and this wannabe wedding coordinator attempted to persuade me to cancel my order with the first store and re-purchase my gown through Anna's. I found her to be rude, unprofessional, and low class. I called the designer of my dress to verify the ""story"" that Nora told me, and I found it to be completely fabricated. STEER CLEAR OF ANNA'S! Pros: Nothing- this store is a hole in the wall Cons: Unprofessional, Deliberatly misleads customers claiming to have ""exclusive"" lines that are NOT exclusive to them more

Wow! I came to Anna's with a very unique situation, I needed a wedding gown that same day. I was so impressed with her ability to make things happen, Anna was more than accommodating. It was a fun, wonderful, and unforgettable experience! I am so grateful for the way they made me look and feel for our very special day. more

If you are looking for bridal accessories and not a dress, don't bother with this place, because they certainly won't bother with you. I called from NE Portland at a boutique, inquiring if they had bridal undergarments I needed for a dress that is being made for me. i was told they had a few in stock and drove down, in Friday afternoon traffic. Upon arriving with my dress, I was given something quite different. At first there was an offer to find an alternative; however they never got back to me..the clerk started helping someone who came in after me, so I left. more
