As a long time customer, i was appalled at the treatment I received by the owner, Amy and her employee Lisa. I received a phone call of a missed appt and when I tried to advise them I didn't receive a reminder call that I normally receive, Lisa proceeded to argue that I had been called and possible someone else got the message. I tried to inform her this is my cell phone that is on me 24/7 and when I said I needed to reschedule, she proceeded to throw in that I had a reminder call and would be assessed a 15.00 no show fee. My phone went dead and I called back and spoke to Amy who was not willing to work with me or be understanding that things happen. She instructed her point of the schedule is out the full year and due to missed appt, i will be charged 15.00. When I expressed how unfair I felt that was due to no reminder, and the long time customer I have been and this was a one time mistake, she didn't care. I told her to cancel future appts and she said no problem, we can do that. End of conversation. The lack of caring and the poor treatment has left me appalled and disheartened at how uncaring they really are. They never did that great of a job on my dog anyways. Learning experience for sure. Best of Luck to anyone else, they will turn on you in a heatbeat!
