Anita's floral design is sound, but if you want good customer service, try somewhere else. The designer here is snooty and acts as if she is doing you a favor to discuss a design with you.\r \r I went to the shop to get a wreath for my mother's front door a day or so after my father died, which I told the designer. She helped other customers who came in after me. She wouldn't show me a wreath I asked to see, because it was sold. I didn't ask to buy it, I asked to see it. \r \r She did not have the size I needed, so i asked if she could design a wreath from her stock if I could get a base somewhere else. She told me it ""was not her policy"" to assist in that way.\r \r The staff at Phillips on Herschel is very helpful and had what I needed. \r \r more

Went to Anita's for a valentines day gift and was taken great care of. The arrangement was so fresh the designer made it for me on the spot. Have never seen an assortment of orchids to choose from and I collect them so I bought two for myself on the way out. I will never FTD again when the lady helping me said they deliver. Jewelry store that is connected is a don't miss. more

I've yet to find a florist with Anita's creativity for wreaths and wonderful gifts for friends. I think the other reviewer should have bought a wreath as I know I don't have a green thumb when it comes to orchids! more

I had heard good things about this place so I decided to get my wife something for mothers day from here. Usually I just would call FTD and have something delivered so I got up and went down to this place to check it out. When I got there I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed some help, which I did. After seeing what was offered in the shop, which was not much, I was leaning toward getting a ivy topiaries but they lady at the counter said why don't I get a orchid so I took her advice and got the orchid. After dropping half my mortgage on the orchid I was out the door thinking I made the best mother?s day purchase every, but quickly I found out I made a mistake. I discovered when I got home that the orchid had been ""sprayed"" to make it last longer since it was apparently on its last leg it even looked like one of the leaves was glued back on! Needless to say my wife was not very impress with the gift, I guess I can't blame here since the petals started to fall the very next day! So now I was forced to call my old standard FTD, which was a day late and they delivered something that will last, hopefully. Pros: delivery Cons: limited choices, price more
