I have my two dogs groomed regularly at Animal Kingdom. The groomers do an excellent job and I have always received excellent customer service! A visit to Animal Kingdom is a treat for my entire family. We just love visiting all of the pets! more

This is long over due, I bought 3 dogs from Animal Kingdom and Its been just a blessing. I am so lucky that I listen to Barb and the staff on how to treat and take care of a puppy. I have heard of people taking new puppys around and about town, then wonder why they are so sick later. Sure some times the puppy may pick up somethiing from the breeder, But Barb was right there to make sure what ever treatment my puppy needed it received it, because I followed the rules of a puupy its like a new born baby, They become the love of your life and you can not think being with out them, Thanks Barb and all your wonderful staff for all the knowledge that you guys gave. I miss the grooming, treats, carzy toys. we sure will come and see you all when we are back in town. So lucky to have Animal Kingdom their you don't know what you really miss until you don't have it,SO ENJOY more

The pet store goes byond for there customers. I needed a part for my filter and the staff took the time to go through the books to see if they could order the part for me! It took one week and the part was here! Thank Animal Kingdom for all your help! more

My twin girls brought a small lizard home from school so we went to animal kingdom to get another one so they each had their own. They gave us all the information we needed to care for our little pets. My daughters are thrilled with the anoles and I'm getting use to them!!! We even joined the cricket club for free. more

I love this grooming salon. They are definetly the best groomers in town and are so good to my two little shih tzu's they just are happy when they get to go to the groomers. They have a wonderful spa package you must check it out!! more

We purchased Zoe from Animal Kingdom on April 7th 2010. We weren't too keen on getting a dog from a pet store, would rather have adopted from the humane society, but the minute we laid eyes on her we fell in LOVE. All was great until a week after buying her she began to have diarrhea. We took her into the vet and she tested positive for both giardia and coccidia, which Animal Kingdom told us she tested negative for. Both of these parasites take up to 2 weeks from infection to symptoms so we know for a fact she has them before we bought her. Had her to the vet last week and she has finally kicked the coccidia but we are still on round 3 of treatment for the giardia. It has turned out to be VERY expensive treating her for something that should have been treated before we got her or could have been prevented by the store keeping it's environment cleaner. After initially finding out that she had these two parasites we went down to Animal Kingdom to inform them and they were extremely rude and didn't seem concerned at all. Everyone that I have spoken to that has purchased and animal from there has had nothing but bad things to say about them. Everything from giardia to crushed windpipes. I would highly discourage anyone from buying a pet or supplies there. I find it absoultely irresponsible for a business owner to practice the way they do. Hopefully we can get the word out so they go out of business or get shut down. Cons: Everything more
