Animal Hospital of Chelsea and Dr. Simon are wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and caring and Dr. Simon is the only one I have trusted to care for my best friend for 12 years. more

At the Animal Hospital of Chelsea I've always felt that Dr. Simon and his staff (particularly Jeff) have always been professional, understanding and helpful in the care of my pets. This visit was an emergency and although Dr. Simon was operating on another patient I was told to come in and drop Lucy off and Dr. Simon would see her as soon as he could. When I dropped her off I was told I could come back in an hour. An hour later I saw Dr. Simon he explained what was happening with Lucy, and gave me medicine to administer. I'm always satisfied with the advice and service I get. more

TRIED AND TRUE !! 11/29/2010

I have been going to the Animal Hospital of Chelsea from the moment they opened their doors. I have remained faithful to them as other hospitals cropped up in the neighborhood, because they afre like family. Dr. Simon has seen me through the best and worst of times with past and present dogs and always been honest and candid. I am not appreciative of Drs that sugar coat information, leave me with fasle hopes or put me or my ""kids"" through unneccessary tests. Dr.Simon has always sent me to specialists when applicable instead of his ego getting the better of him and taking things on that are best suited for someone else. When he has in fact sent me elsewhere, he has stayed in touch with those Drs., stayed on top of all that was going on and remained my ""go to person"". \r I was living in Chelsea when I first went to him for convenience, I now live on the upper east side but wouldn't consider going elsewhere! more

Best pet care 9/21/2010

I had a scare when my puppy was extremely sick and didn't know what to do. I called them up and they were very helpful and calmed me down and explained what it is that I should do. I came after with my yorkie and they examined him thoroughly and didn't rush anything, answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me recommendations of food and care for my yorkie. Dr. Simon is very helpful and patient with me and my dog and the staff is extremely nice. They followed up with reminders of vaccinations and appointments and are really on top of things. I would recommend them always! more

I am a first time pet owner and I took my puppy there for the first time because a friend recommended them. The staff was really nice and helpful and since I was completely clueless about what to do they explained everything in detail and were very patient with me. Dr. Simon really took his time and suggested the best care for my puppy and gave me a lot of brochures and tips. The prices there are affordable and it's definitely worth every penny since they really give the best service and care your pet needs. They take their time with your pet and don't rush you out. I highly recommend them! more
