Wonderful staff and spectacular doctors. Dr. Martin has taken excellent care of my pets for many years. She has always been very up front about the risks and benefits of any procedure or medication that my pet needs. more

Animal Hospital Of Clemmons is TO BE AVOIDED 1/5/2010

AHC's Dr. Martin has no bedside manner. She is the expert and you should listen to her. When we requested to be notified of any medications or treatments our dog received, this request was ignored. In a separate incident our dog received surgery and its heart stopped due to anesthesia (was revived and is fine). An employee told us the dog was given more anesthesia after Martin realized she did not have all the tools she needed for the surgery, so additional anesthesia was given. When confronted about this, Dr. Martin denies needing to get additional tools from the store. Someone is lying, either the employee or the vet. Doesn't matter to me, but the vet wasn't interested in learning which employee it was. Wonder why. more

This vet really cares about animals! I have had several pets taken care of here and I am happy with the service. The after surgery follow-up was excellent and all of my phone calls were handled in a reasonable amount of time more

Fido not feeling well? 9/4/2005

The animal hospital of clemmons took care of our dog on an emergancy basis. They were very accomodating and very professioanl. Of course they charged us up front since we were not regular customers. But they did make sure our dog was treated for what we bought him in for and they did give us a discount for having his follow up there. There were a lot of animals there at the time we went, so I wasn't real sure just how much attention our dog was getting when we were not there. more
