Exotic Experts, and all others! 1/30/2013

I have been taking our cats and rats to this office for over ten years now, and they just keep getting better. They take time with every client, ask questions and really LISTEN. And their prices are the best in the area - with this clinic, you can easily believe that the animal's health is their focus, not the money they can con you out of. \r Dr. Pulins is, hands down, a hero in our family. We keep pet rats, and I could not have hoped for a better or more knowledgeable vet for them. He knows all of the possible health issues they can have, and how to treat them. He knows the different medications for adult vs. young rats, and has performed surgeries to remove tumors, to spay our girls, and was even there with us when we had to put our favorite ratty to sleep, and spent as much time with us as he would have for a beloved pet dog.\r Moreover, in one case I panicked and ended up taking a sick rat to another vet in Plainfield. Not only did the doctor need to be TOLD the problem, he t more

We've been taking our animals to the Romeoville Animal Clinic since 1978 when we moved to Romeoville and have nothing but the absolute best to say about the wonderful people of the Animal Clinic of Romeoville; doctors as well as the support staff. Our animals have been treated with all of the love and care that could have been given to their own animals. We love you all. Thanks for everything - and of course, see you soon. more

Just what we needed 9/15/2010

We have been taking our cats to this clinic for about thirty years, and have always been treated with respect and professionalism, from Dr. Lindberg's time to the present, with Drs. Mike and Amy. We find that every case brought to the staff is individually assessed, and the pet owner's input is valued even in those most difficult cases or decisions. They are never in too much of a hurry to listen to the whole story and to consult or advise. The entire staff treat our pets as members of our family, with professionalism and compassion. \r What makes this practice different from some others I have visited is that they take time to explain and do not impose a treatment without the client being fully on board.\r We have had our share of miracles and sadness, but have always felt we have been in good hands and have shared the best quality of life possible with our pets. Recently, within the last 6 months, we have had two miracles of healing, one serious physical emergency and the ot more

Miracles do happen! 8/20/2010

Last week I noticed at home my newly addition to my family was not doing so well. I recently adopted a orange and white kitten named Piglet. Usually he is always bouncy, playful and sweet. When I came home from work, he always meets me at the door with a adorable meow. Until one day I came home and found him just laying curled up in a ball. I knew something was not right. I got in my car and took Piglet to the Animal Clinic of Romeoville. There I found out that my precious kitten had a temperature of 106 degrees. The veterinarian told me that this is a dangerous temperature for a kitten. The normal temperature should be between 100.5 to 102.5. I found out my poor kitten was sick. I could do nothing but leave my kitten in the care of the clinic. I came and visited him everyday and told him to just hang on that he was going to get better. Even though he was sick, he would still meow at me and want to be held constantly. He had to stay in the hospital for over a week on fluid support and more

You would only want the best for your beloved pets. This is the place to be! We travel 30 miles each way to see them. From the front desk to the best vets, you will feel like family. Their friendliness, helpfulness & knowledge makes you feel that you are in good hands. Dr Mikel Pulins has been caring for our turtle, Bridget for more than 10 years & is a great vet to our daughter's dog Jake. Everyone there is always so positive & caring, you will leave with a good feeling. more

Every cat I've owned since he opened his office has seen Dr. Lindberg, or more recently Dr. Laura, or Dr. Heather. When I lived in Chicago, I drove out to see him, now I live in Kendall County and still make the trip. There's no one else I trust with my animals care than the people in this place! more

Most caring vet's office I have ever been to! 4/21/2008

I have four dogs, who have all at one time or another, been patient's at Dr. Lindberg's office. Along with Doc, he has 3 other vets in his office, which I can't say enough positive things about. We are like family. Everyone knows me and all the dogs by name. They office staff/doctors are very caring, down to earth people. The prices are very reasonable. Actually the best prices I have ever encountered, especially for the personal service you received. They are very flexible about payment as well. Pros: GREAT SERVICE, LOVING EMPLOYEES, GREAT PRICES Cons: Sometimes a wait, but be patient, they may be handling an emergency and/or saving a life! more

Excellent clinic. Dr's are caring and knowledgeable. 9/5/2007

Dr. Connie and Dr. Lindberg helped us out. I scouted the place to see if I should recommend it to my clients... I brought my own dogs there on a few different occassions. I found though the wait was long (it WAS a Saturday morning) it was well worth it. The doctor's were knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. Pros: friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable Dr's, Lindberg is awesome. Cons: older clinic in a strip mall more
