Poor communication, no call about prep for procedures (called with no call back), no follow up call, wrong pet name on discharge, patient was put on a heating pad in an incubator (which can cause instant death in my exotic pet), tech was afraid to handle my pet. more

Everyone at Angell from the people at the front desk to our dog's vet and technicians was exceptionally attentive, caring, and competent.We always feel confident that our dog is getting the best care possible. more

Angell Memorial visit to ER 10/14/2013

We brought Criket into emergency witth vomiting and diarrhea. Dr. Meredith Leary took care of her. She kept in contact with us and let us know what her thoughts were as to Cricket's condition. We visited in the CCU and theinpatient ward. The volunteers and staff were very friendly and professional. Cricket improved and was discharged and has been well since. We felt that Angell did an excellent job of taking care of her. Dr. Leary was very excellent about following up with us as nervous k-9 parents! more

ToWe Used To Live In West Roxbury And We'd Go TO the hospital on a regular basis but now that we live west of The city we only go for emergency Visits. The Hospital Is The Best In The Country Period. They Are Prepared For Anything At Anytime. They Are Organized Prepared And Focused. Having Dogs Is All About Love. The Hospital Has The Biggest Heart Ever And You Know You Have The Best Care In The World When You Walk Through Those Dokrs. God Bless And Keep All The Wonderful Staff And Doctors At Angell. more

Great care 10/8/2013

We have been to Angell twice now with our pets and have received such great care. Our older pets has been seen by primary care and the cardiologist. They follow up with the test results and take time to explain the process. I also appreciate the financial department contacting prior to the appointment to give us an estimate for payment. They were recommended by another vet in NY Cornell Vet hospital. more

Rosie is alive and well thanks to Angell!!' 10/8/2013

My cat Rosie 12 yrs old was hit by a car and I had no idea who to call I was in a state of shock and panic. Called Angell and they told meto bring her right in. The urgent care we received was not only beneficial for Rosie but me as well. I will always support the efforts of Angell because you all saved the life of a very important family member!! Highly recommend! 10/4/2013

A friend of mine recommended Angell Animal Medical Center when I was looking for a new vet for my cats, having recently adopted a cat with a habit for eating things he shouldn't and quickly accumulating bills. Angell Animal Medical Center saw my cat immediately and offered great advice. He has been a healthy boy since, and I have found a permanent vet for us. The Center is so clean and welcoming, the staff and clinicians are warm and knowledgable and I will never go anywhere else! I have been passing on the recommendation ever since our first visit :) more

Willy last appt 10/1/2013

After taking routine blood work a work up for urinalysis was ordered in the spot. A urine sample was apparently taken with catheter so while in waiting at check out Willy voided on the floor with significant blood present which caused alarm. Catheterization was not explained prior to obtaining sample. more
