First time experience at Andorra; won't go back. Despite multiple open tables in the dining room, sat in a cramped two top in a corner, one table removed from an obnoxiously loud birthday party of 30 somethings including one outstanding individual who once shouted something to the effect of we can call h**kers, just like in college. I know a restaurant cannot necessarily control its guests, but no one, not the manager, hostess, server.... apologized or even offered to move our table at any point. In fact, I waited a good five minutes at the hostess stand on the way out, waiting for my fiance in the restroom, and the only person who said anything to us on the way out were the busboys. Otherwise, the service was adequate. The wine was far too chilled; apparently all whites were kept in the refrigerator prior to service so that two different chardonnays were ice cold upon presentation. The highlight of the food was a zucchini appetizer that was unique and flavorful; everything else was pedestrian in its presentation and flavors. I appreciate that a restaurant should cater to the tastes of its customers, but Andorra failed in every respect to meet our expectations or come even close to any fine dining restaurant within the immediate area of the city.
