You'll have at least an hour wait before being seen and then It's like a butcher shop, slice and dice. Herd the patients through like cattle, it's all about volume and not patient care. They removed some tissue from the leg just above the ankle and they didn't remove my shoe and sock. The doctor washed his hands for all of 8 seconds, and they were talking about the next patient before they were even done with me. The stitch job was sloppy and subsequently the scarring is thick and puckered and ropy. more

My first visit seemed to be going fine. I did have a cup of coffee with a lid and there were no postings that drinks were not allowed. When I was called back into the office to see the doctor the nurse told me I had to pour out or she would take it from me. All she had to do was tell me to pour it out but her tone and attitude was very demeaning. The office removed four places for testing and the results came back that I needed more removed from one of the areas. I had talked to other patients about their experience who were not happy with the scars left behind after the second removal. I decided to get a second opinion. I drove to the Center to sign the release on August 27. They said they would send the records to the other doctor. The records arrived at the week of September 2. The slides were not sent to the second doctor for some reason and I had to sign another release for the slides on September 5th. I called the Anderson Skin and Cancer clinic on September 12 to see if the slides had been sent. The answer was no but they were trying to get them there. Today, September 16, i called the doctor's office where they were to be sent. They told me the slides arrived today. In essence it took the Anderson Skin and Cancer clinic 21 days to get my records to the doctor for the second opinion.\r \r As a medical consumer you deserve to receive quality care with caring practitioners and when they promise to complete a task that they do so in a timely manner. In all respects this practice failed to deliver on all counts.\r more

Awful service 3/12/2012

This practice has the worse managed office I have ever experienced! I had to wait 15 months for a $100 refund due to the fact that the office personnel either did not complete insurance forms appropriately, or timely. They seem to be disconnected to their billing service (located in California) so they blame the billing service even when the billing service said the check needed to be issued locally. Even when the insurance problem was resolved, I had to wait several months before a check was issued--am still waiting. more

Terrible wait times, no help, large fees 8/2/2011

I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room to see the doctor for five minutes. She wrote a prescription and told me it would be covered. A bill came 4 months later charging me $100 for the first visit AND $25 for a follow up, which lasted maybe two minutes. Do not waste your money. more
