I have used this pet ER several times over the years as I have 2 dogs and I treat them like kids. Earlier this month, my English Bulldog was sick and I knew something was very wrong. So on a late Friday night, loaded him up and off to the ER. I called first so when we rang the doorbell we were greeted and they knew, they immediately took back my bulldog to start him on oxygen. Within 5 minutes we were ask if we wanted CPR, we declined as we expected this was the end on the drive over. The vet took us to a private room and advised us of what happened. Everyone there was very nice and great to us as we just lost a member of our family. They arranged for the cremation with a known crematory. They sent us a card for our loss and within 4 days called us and told us the ashes were there and whenever we were ready, they would have them. Even when we went to get the ashes the lady at the front remembered us and handled it so we wouldnt have to tell anyone why we were there. They are great, passionate, and caring for animals. I have used this place several times and will in the future if I need to.....
Pros: passionate about animals... know what they are doing
Cons: none come to mind...
