My parents and I had used Anderson Behel for many years to have various body work done on numerous occasions. We had always been extremely pleased, until this year. When my car was hit by an uninsured motorist, I took it there because that's where I wanted the work done. They have a relatively new manager there who has destroyed their level of service and just doesn't care about serving their client. Thus their staff is no longer interested in providing quality care. The rep told me he'd call me at least once a week to give me progress and gave me an estimated completion date, but he never called me, didn't return phone calls after I left messages, and when I finally got a hold of him they hadn't even started working on the car. It took several weeks longer than promised, and the cost escalated beyond the initial estimate. Since the car was totaled and I was purchasing it, all add'l costs would be incurred by me. \r
