Had my car repaired there because they came with high recommendations, BIG MISTAKE!!! When I went to pick my car up (2 weeks late) the paint didn't match at all it was like night ...

Worth The Time 9/24/2010

"Okay, I haven't had a car for six years. Plus I am inheriting my mom's car. Plus I live in a Fourplex with squeezed parking in a carport. So, I might be a woman driver but, when the side of the car "kissed" the yellow parking barrier pole I thought I was going to die. I called the Saturn Dealer and told them my "sob" story (again this car is emotional for me) they told me to contact Anderson-Behel. So I made an appoint to have an estimate done. I know I sound corny but, I knew that the yellow paint and any dent was going to be big money and screw up my insurance so I was willing to pay for it out of pocket. more

Truly Enjoyable 9/24/2010

Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. I was kept informed on the progress/status of my vehicle about every other day. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I was completely satisfied with the work that had been done. Also, my vehicle looks fantastic, you can't tell it was damaged on both sides in an accident. more

This is one happy customer 9/3/2010

I had an accident and didn't like the shop my insurnace was going to refer me to. Anderson behel is the Body shop for Nissan and Saturn. I was very impressed with the well organized office. When dropping off my car I was in and out of there with in 15 minutes. My rental company even picked me up from the body shop. I got updates every couple of day on the progress of my car. When I pick it up they told me I have a Life time Warranty on work. I was so happy to see my car all clean and new again. This is one happy customer. Than you Anderson Behel !! more

When I drove up I seen Porsche, Mercedes Benz, and Audi on their lot. They accepts any insurance claim, so I was very happy. I brought my estimate from my adjuster and they got me in immediately ! The Shop gives a LIFE TIME WARRANTY on the repairs, which is just great ! While my vehicle was in the shop I was update on time as I requested. Which is a refreshing change. Mariah my specialist, has an exceptional class of customer service. I am very happy with my repairs and the service that was provided. If anyone out there need a body shop I suggest taking your car here ! more

their customer service and quality of work is great 8/6/2010

It sounds like a couple people have had a hit or miss with Anderson. I haven't had much reason to go to a repair shop in the past so I can't comment on their prices, but their customer service and quality of work is great. more

they do quality work 7/8/2010

I went to Anderson-Behel after someone broke into my car. To their credit, they do quality work. In my case they had to replace the driver's side door panel and repaint the entire left side of the car. (All this because the thief pried out the driver's side lock cylinder. Good thing it was covered by insurance because the parts and labor totalled over $2,000!) more

STOP Dont take your car here!!!! 7/24/2008

Had my car repaired there because they came with high recommendations, BIG MISTAKE!!! When I went to pick my car up (2 weeks late) the paint didn't match at all it was like night and day the manager said it was ok that the sun was shining on it wrong and he kept trying to sell me on the crappy paint job which I had another shop repaint to match the rest of the car. I will never go back! more

Great Customer Service !! 4/17/2008

I had an accident and needed the repairs done to my car. I called and got a appointment for an estimate on the damage immediately. I left the car that day and a car rental was there with in minutes. The customer service was very professional and organized. I know my car was in good hands. I had updates on the progress of the repairs. They even have a warranty on their work. Very professional body shop! 3/15/2007

This is a highly professional shop. Their employees are courteous and competent. I've had my car repaired several times. They are good at keeping me informed, if I let them know that is important to me at the time I drop off the vehicle. They also arrange for a rental car, and finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this shop.
