Worst

Waited almost 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades. Was not told oil filter and blades needed to be delivered...could have chosen to come back later when they arriv...

I thought 10/9/2014

I thought that the oil change was a wonderful experience and hope to enjoy another one just as enjoyable as soon as i need one. That Billy is one heck of a secretary, and Steve and Jessie really know how to lube my chassis. Thanks again. more

Anderson always 10/1/2014

Anderson always does a great job on my van and I trust them completely. This last repair was a big one and I checked the web to see what a reasonable price was and Anderson was right on - even on the low end. more

I felt very comfortable 9/9/2014

I felt very comfortable - I have always had my husband take my car to a mechanic because I was afraid if I took it in, I would get charged for things I didn't need or told I needed work done that didn't need to be. I think John and Bill are very trustworthy and didn't feel like I had been taken advantage of. Thanks! more

I recently brought my wife's car in to be checked out for several issues that were plaguing it and causing it to underperform. John and the crew at Anderson took such great care of me that I always feel comfortable leaving my car with them. The work was terrific and my wife's 10-year old car now runs amazingly. Phenomenal work and a reasonable price for the amount of work that was done. more

Everytime I've taken my vehicle to Anderson Automotive, they have always acted in my best interest. They never perform any service to my vehicle unless it is necessary. It's usually the opposite everywhere else you go. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. I actually look forward to the next time I get my vehicle serviced, because I trust their judgement. My husband 8/14/2014

My husband, Tom Watson, referred me to your shops. I was a little reluctant because it was so far from my office but I decided to go to the appointment anyway and I am glad I did. Steve was my mechanic and he was excellent. He recommended that I replace my tires and actually went out to show me what he was talking about. Bill was great also! Both Bill and Steve extended my great care and I really appreciate being treated like a human and not like a dumb woman!! Thank you! more
