Andres has good business tact and has practical skills to relate to the buyer. Made me feel very welcome. Customer service skills are great, appearance was approachable. Sales mgr. TJ was great we negotiated a great deal which made me feel very happy. Overall they are doing a great job. more

I leave here in Rancho Santa Margarita and I was dealing with one of the ethernet manager(his name is Sam) and promised us they do have the 2013 OS ES 2WD with premium and exterior package @ $22,000. I called him at least two times to make sure that they have the car that we wanted. We(me/wife) know that the price is a little bit low but he insists that he can guarantied the price and the outlander sport is ready to be picked up. So we drove there from our place for 1.5 hours because of the traffic.\r To keep it short, THEY DON't HAVE THE OS THAT WE WANTED!!! We realized that they(this dealer) just want us to go there spent hours with them and tried to sell us different models and year(2012's). My wife was so upset because of the hours that we spent in the freeway for nothing just because of this dealer's unbusinesslike promises. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING(EVEN USED) FROM THIS DEALER AND THEY TREATED US LIKE WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. THERE'S A LOT OF MITSUBISHI CAR DEALERS IN SOUTHERN CA. more
