I have had storm damage on my house and an drunken idiot ram into my car, so I have had to file claims. They were very helpful. I recommend An Insurance Store. more

An Insurance Store is a garbage store! They don't know what they are doing! My premium was raised and deducted from my account after I was told by this stupid idiot Anny or whatever the heck her name is told me my premium will not be deducted at the higher premium. Well she lied cuz it was deducted. and my account was overdrawn for the large deduction. I called them to tell them about this and they said it was all my fault. Her so -called manager said the same. The employees at this company takes no accountability nor do they value good customer service. I was with them for three cars. My business was not appreciated there so I took my business elsewhere. Customer service is important and they don't have any!! Pros: They are incompetent! Cons: They are still incompetent! more
