Maybe she was having a bad day? 10/3/2008

I was not impressed with this place, after I called and asked her to create a bouquet for me. She asked me what I wanted and I said use these colors and create a masterpiece for me. She said she couldn't do that and I needed to pick something she knew. How do I know what she knows? more
