The master cylinder had to be replaced in this truck and after only a few hundred miles the new part failed. It was replaced with a new one, and that one promptly failed. A replacement part was ordered from Toyota instead of an after market manufacturer and it is working. Kevin was very apologetic for the inconvenience and this work was done without charge. No excuses, very business like and professional. Much appreciated. more

The people are knowledgeable, discuss their work clearly, and provide helpful advice and alternatives if necessary. I waited for my oil change this time. It was done quickly without great fuss. If necessary, they offer a ride home and back. Pleasant experience. more

Got the Job Done On Time 10/19/2015

I needed a service done on my car (it was overdue by about 2000 miles!) and needed to take the car on a 1,000 mile drive to pick up my son in Syracuse NY and deliver him to New Hampshire. Kevin got the job done for me, along with a review of some other work the van may need in the future. Great service at a good price. more

Flat tire help 9/29/2015

I arrived as they were opening. Without an appointment They pulled my van in found the problem with my tire and left me on the lift until two new tires showed up. It was done in a very quick friendly manner and had me to my appointment on time. more

You feel like a family friend is giving you advice. Kevin and his staff work with you so you understand what us going on with your vehicle and explain the maintenance options that are best for you at the time. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!! more
