Friendly, professional, on-time 7/12/2013

Yesterday I had my 20,000 mile service done on my Toyota truck. As always the service was accurate, professional, and the truck was ready when it was promised. Kevin made recommendations as to what extra things had to be done, but no pressure - just information. Dealing with these guys is always a pleasure and the price is very reasonable. more

Accurate diagnosis, competitive pricing 6/26/2013

I took my '96 G20 to Amwell Automotive for a cost and and time-to-repair estimate. Replace belts--a reasonable estimate, but a caveat--assymetrical belt wear could belie other problems requiring corrrection, but not likely a bearing on a belt driven appliance. Possibly, the pulley assembly could be at fault. I left the car for service, researched the issues, got alternative estimates for comparison. Bottom line--good service done at a good price and completed before expected. more

Although I had not brought my car in for service in over two years (had only put about 1200 miles on it), Kevin remembered my name and the car. And with that, since I was due for a free oil change, I was not charged! I certainly would recommend Amwell to a friend. more
