This is the worst Vet I have ever worked with. Since my issues with the office I have taken my pet to another. But this is the issues that I've had. Received expired tags on his rabies shots. Apparently they don't obtain new ones. Then Just this month I have been attempting to refill my pet's prescription since January 4th. As I have been going back and forth with the pharmacy I've learned that the office claimed 5 times that they have no records for my pet. Then when I followed up on Wednesday the 29th of January, the office was closed, yet the Vet himself answered the phone. He refused to help me or my pet. REFUSED. Said the office is closed call back tomorrow and hung up on me. Mind you his office has been messing up. On top of that the doctor told me that they lose records every year. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! Then I called back today and finally they found his records. But now the issue is, their fax machine has been broken for over a month so they cannot fax the prescription. What doctor, business, pet hospital, uses an excuse that a pet cannot have the prescription faxed because their fax isn't working. And the pharmacy calls me repeatedly informing me of the lack of cooperation from the vet's office. Once I returned the call again today, I was highly upset, I explained to the doctor himself that it is his responsibility to run his office to treat his patients. That he has gotten paid for his services. I explained if that is and has been the case find a solution not use it as an excuse. I didn't care if he needed to go to a UPS store, Kinko's or any other establishment that allows them to fax. I told him to write my name down because I'm picking up my dog's records and prescription and tomorrow and I don't want him to ever treat my dog again. That is the 2nd time the doctor hung up on me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VET!!! He is basically neglecting my pet's needs and blaming it on technology that hasn't been working for over a month. Is that professional, caring, organized, courteous service? This is just covering the topic of service. Not to mention the condition of the practice.
