Amistee Air Duct Cleaning & Insulation

I just had my ducts cleaned and am very pleased. Devoinn & Josh were very nice, they made sure that nothing was tracked around my house. They laid tarp on the floors and carpeting and also wore shoe covers. Devoinn explained everything that they would be doing. Great Job. more

This company provided excellent service to clean the air ducts that had never been cleaned. They also clean the heater unit. They were prompt, clean and polite. They email you pictures of before and after the cleaning. They were a good price compared to the other big air duct cleaner company. I changed my appointment a couple times and the office staff was always pleasant. I would recommend this company. more

Technicians Jim and Rick did a great job of cleaning my air ducts. They were very polite and professional. Jim explained what they were going to do before they started. When they finished, he showed me before and after pictures. I will say I was a little hesitant because I had never heard of this company, but now I would highly recommend them. When I do recommend the company to friends, I would tell them to specifically request Jim and Rick. more

Have to write again, I had a problem that coincided with duct cleaning, and called them and they sent out technician promptly, Steve, who checked everything out, and then helped me get the person I needed, out to my house in timely way, and even talked to Elite Heating, also highly recommend, and I did not have to fumble my way through telling problem to Bob, from Elite Heating. It was super easy to pick a time. They were very flexible and let me pick which time was best. Called the night before and when on way. When they arrived the equipment was in great shape and trucks were clean. Both technicians were uniformed and clean cut. When they did the cleaning they wore boot covers and took care not to scratch walls. Showed pictures and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience and would recommend to anyone. more

I not only am very pleased with every person that I came in contact with from Amistee but now my daughter can sleep better at night because of her reduced allergies. As a parent I was willing to try anything to help my daughter breathe. I called several companies but Amistee seemed to actually care about my situation. They showed empathy for me and my daughter. I contacted Amistee last week after getting a recommendation from our heating & cooling company. I also read thru the many postive reviews on Angies List. The person who answered the phone, I apologize, I forgot her name, was very kind and answered all of my questions. She explanined the process, gave me a quote & set-up an appointment. The appointment was set for 4 days later which I thought was a quick turn around. I received a phone call about 20 minutes prior to the scheduled service time letting me know the techs would be here on time. When they arrived, both Jim and Melvin were kind, courteous, & professional. They explained what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take, etc. They asked if I had any questions, which I did and they answered those easily. As part of my appointment I had requested a dryer vent cleaning as well, however, after going in there with their camera it really wasn't necessary. (We had a new dryer installed about a year ago) He said it was up to me but figured we could do it next time, saving me $65. I was truly appreciatative of this recommendation. Not all companies would have done the same. After the service was complete, Jim reviewed everything that they had done, showed me pictures of the before & after, explained the plugs they used and again made sure my questions were answered. They left everything as it was, everything clean & now fresh. From start to finish a great experience...I was completely satisified and would not hesitate to use them again. A safe bet!
