I had my air ducts cleaned by Amistee on October 29, 2015. I could not have been happier with my service. The technicians Melvin and Jeff were very polite and professional. They explained the process that they were going to use the complete the work and took the time to answer any questions that I had. After the work was completed they reviewed what was done, showed me before and after pictures, answered any questions I had and made sure I was satisfied with how they had cleaned up after their work. I was very pleased with the care Melvin and Jeff took to make sure my house was left in excellent condition. I appreciated their professional manner and attention detail. Melvin and Jeff arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained the process and were patient with questions. They were great with my dog too! I checked in on them from time to time throughout the service and was always met with a positive reception and friendly comments. We all know that is not always the case with contractors, but these guys were great. At completion, they cleaned up after themselves and left my home in great shape. Amistee came highly recommended by another vendor that we use for other jobs. We were very pleased with the work that Jeff and Barry did in our home. They arrived on time and were courteous, professional and friendly. We have very light carpeting and were pleased that they arrived with shoe covers because the carpeting goes down the basement steps as well. They went right to work starting in the basement and did some adjustments there and checked the registers and returns throughout the house. Although we had moved some items away from their work area, they informed us that they would do it so we took a seat and had a cup of coffee. They laid down protection runners and bumper cushions before running the duct vents through the kitchen and dining room to get to the basement. They also took pictures of the ducts before the cleaning and discovered that the builder/installers had left drywall pieces in the vents which told us that the previous company that cleaned our vents several years ago did a very poor good job of which we already knew because the furnace wouldn't start after they left and when we told them that we were going to put a stop payment on the check we had just wrote they showed within minutes, not to mention that they were supposed to clean our dryer vent but didn't because shortly afterward we had to replace our dryer and fortunately for us, the installer couldn't get the heat flowing and upon checking the vent, discovered clumps of lint clogged in the the piping. Jeff and Barry did not rush but took their time in every room and in the basement. What impressed us most was that they did an excellent cleanup when their work was completed. We would not hesitate to give a high recommendation on a job well done and hope that all Amistee employees have the same work ethics as Jeff and Barry. John and Gloria Jones more

We live in a completely redone home with the original part of the house dating back to 1905. We have no idea if/when the ducts have ever been cleaned. The before and after photos were amazing, as were the items that came out of the ducts. We are only the fourth owner, and we know about when the central hear went in. We could guess from the child's drawings, the balls, the coins, etc. the dates. Then there was the dirt, the dust and the rest of what came out! They did a great job. They were clean when they arrived, filthy when they left and worked for several hours nonstop. Well worth what we paid. Highly recommend this service. We had this done previously in another house, and this company was thorough, professional and willing to answer questions. more

I have had my ducts cleaned in the past by another company. That company didn't compare to the thoroughness of the job Amistee does.
