Nice atmosphere, good food 11/2/2008

My husband and I ate here on our most recent vacation up north. We sat on the front patio which was a lovely location for people watching during our meal. Our service was friendly and our food was very good. Save room for dessert -- they have beautiful French pastries! more

Delicious French-inspired restaurant with local specialties 5/4/2008

I love Amical--the restaurant is really comfortable and the service is always friendly. They have a small patio that's very pleasant and looks right onto Front Street. The food is French-influenced and a lot of it has nice touches. The real reason to go there, though, is for the whitefish. You can choose from 4 different kinds of crusts, all of which are delicious. The creme brulee is also out of this world. more
