In such a rough economical time, the customer service at this location was outstanding and the employee who assisted me with my tires (named Sal) were outstanding, courteous, flexible and I cant thank them enough. They gave me excellent pricing and I was literally in and out. Thank you to Sal, PJ and Chris for your dedication. more

They are very easy to work with and never try to sell me the most expensive tires. My first introduction to America's Tire Co. was about ten years ago. I lived in an apartment doing construction and got nails in my tires about 15 times over six months. They never once charged me. When asked if I got my tires there, I said no, they were dealer tires, they said well then you probably will next time. They were right. I have been a customer for ten years. Once ran into a dilemna where Costco had a better price. They matched it. more

I had a nail in one of my tires last Saturday. I went into Americas Tire on Standiford to have it checked out. They had my car pulled in the back shop area in 30 minutes. The nail went into the side of the tire and could not be repaired. They offered to put my spare on and drive away for no charge. Even if they could have fixed it they said no charge. They were so nice that I decided to buy new tires then since my tires were getting low. They had the tires in stock and the best price.(beat the big warehouse store, without even trying) I drive from Modesto to Elk Grove everyday and go well over 65 mph the entire way. I have not had a shake what so ever. My car drives straight and smooth. I also like that they are not commissioned. Of course they want you to spend money, but if you have a budget then they will get you the best tires at a fair price. more

I was all set to get a set of four brand new 80,000 mile tires from here based on the great price and recommendations from friends. Everything was priced out and i was even getting a 60 dollar mail in rebate. It wasn?t until a co worker of mine told me his experience of going to this place and getting four tires and driving away only to get past 35MPH and his car started shaking. When he took his car back he was told the issue was caused by the tires only being balanced to 35MPH and to fix the issue he would have to take it to another shop cause there machine was not qualified to fix the issue. My co worker wound up having to take his car to BIG-O tires where they had the machine to balance the tires to 60MPH. Once this was done the issue was resolved and the car road fine. Even thinking maybe the shop had since replaced there outdated balancing machine. I called the shop on 1/21/09 and asked. I specifically said, ""Do you only balance tires to 35MPH?"" The gentlemen on the other line stuttered but politely answered, ?Yes I believe that is correct, our machine is only capable to balance to 35MPH"" I informed him this is all I need to know thank you and hung up. I think this very bad business practice and at the very least they should be informing the customers before selling the tires to them and not just assuming everyone drives 35MPH. They lost my business based on the fact my job requires me to drive long distances at speeds well over 35MPH. My new 80,000 tires would have worn down long before they should have. I would steer clear of this place till they fix this issue. more

The prices are high compared to other places, the service is slow and who wants a free flat repair. When the free repair involves dropping the car off in the morning and picking it up at 5. By the time I figure in gas and time I lost my car the flat repair is far from free. They also have lots of kids working here and anyone who had half a brain would not let them touch an expensive vehicle. more

i always go here for anything tire related. the replace a nail in my tire free twice. they are low price and quick too. i recommend going to them for anything you need done to your tires. more

I never feel like I'm being duped when I have a need to frequent this establishment. I have had nail hole repairs done for free and have gotten advice on tire replacement. more

I was out of town and had to replace a tire at Walmart. After about 30 minutes of two different guys trying to replace the locking hubcap, they both gave up. I took it to ATC when I returned home and the guy took about 2 secondcs to get it back on the car. Again, no charge. more
