I have been a customer at this store since it opened and have always found the coffee to be great and the people warm and friendly. If you are a regular they make it a point to know your name and greet you with your name and a friendly hello when you enter the door. I saw that last review about a moody barista and had to comment. I personally never had bad service myself there and its been 2 years and counting but I got a question for you; Have you never had a bad day? Most of the people that work are in their hs/college years and people have bf/gf problems and maybe a bad day at school, give the company a break, it has to be one of the best structured independents I know of. It really disappoints me when reviews are given because of a single bad experience. You said it yourself that you used to go there all the time. Why else would anyone go somewhere all the time if they didn't like it. I am an independent myself and I have to say TWO BIG THUMBS UP FOR ABC and CRUMBS! Pros: Great Everything Cons: NONE more

I am definitely a coffee house connoisseur! America's Best Coffee has a Great Atmosphere, Friendly Baristas. Fireplace and Big Comfy chairs makes the place extremely warm and inviting. Free Wifi is a plus, esp since it is one of the faster connections. But best of all is its java. They are very particular on providing a quality cup of coffee. They roast their beans fresh every week to ensure a crisp coffee taste in their brew. I am able to drink the drip coffee black and not taste any bitterness to it. In fact, it is extremely smooth. They us a manual espresso machine, which is my personal favorite. They time all their shots to make sure all customers get a good tasting drink every time. Highly Recommended! i don't think anyone would want their coffee to be served by a moody barista. I used to go there really often with the fact that they have Free wi-fi(the coffee is not that good), but I guess I have to look for a different coffee house. more
