America's Best Carpet and Tile Cleaning

I'm not the one to endorse companies but we have had them out several times over the years and they always do amazing work. My husband was already shopping for new carpet but Jeff came in and saved the day. We used Stanley Steemer one time and paid $285 for our cleaning. Jeff with America's Best charged us only $155 and did a WAY much better job with the cleaning. He really cared about my carpets and took so much pride in the work he was doing. This is the worst company. I called this company and they were the rudest people to be in business. The father returned the call after several messages and essentially told me he would not be in our part of town (black neighborhood) until Saturday because he was in Midtown and did not want to burn the gas. He stated that if we wanted the carpet cleaned before Saturday we could call another company because they would not be the ones to do it. This man did not say the schedule was full or anything but he was very demeaning in his choice of words..You are surely not the only carpet cleaning company AND YOU CERTAINLY ARE NOT THE BEST!!!! This is by far the best cleaning ever. I get my carpets cleaned every 6 months since I have 3 cats, 2 kids, and a husband :-). Jeff and Murray come out every time and do wonders for my carpets. Thanks guys more

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. I booked and confirmed an 8:30 am appointment 1 1/2 week in advance with Jeff as I had guests coming in from out of town for the 4th of July. No one called to tell mt that my appointment was moved, cancelled or anything. I called many times and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! What kind of company has calls going to voice mail all day? After many messages and desperate pleas that someone please just show up, someone called me back at 1:30 pm to say that my appointment has been moved without me ever being notified. Thankfully by then one of the many companies I called for back up, Tru Kleen Carpet Cleaning had an opening and agreed to come to my home to do a cleaning. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Don't waste your time like I did. more
