American Vision Windows

This is my second experience with American Vision Windows. My first experience was years ago when they installed my Anlin windows. The entire process from showroom to install was first rate. Years later we are now ready to buy double front entry doors. Although they have moved locations I am pleased to say the staff and service to date remains superior. I was beyond excited to find out they also carry entry doors. My new project manager Cybill Pereau has been extremely attentive, helpful and even more knowledgeable than I could have hoped. I gave her my price range and she was able to bring us in on target with a beautiful set of doors. Additionally, I had some unexpected breakage of one of my windows and she informed me that it was covered under a lifetime warranty. Music to my ears. I have lived with and without Anlin products, so here is my advice don't waste your money on any other window or company. Go through American Vision and invest in Anlin products the staff are helpful and knowledgeable and extremely professional. American Vision lives up to there image of customer service and unsurpassed quality. I am a very pleased repeat customer! more

We had replacement windows and doors installed and we are very satisfied. The windows and doors are of very good quality and is keeping the house cooler during these hot days. Don our salesman was very polite, informative and straight forward. The installation team was also very polite and did an excellent job installing the windows and doors. I had my new Amylin windows installed 2 weeks ago. American Vision Windows did a fantastic job! I love them! There is a remarkable difference in the west facing windows where the sun ""baked"" in every night....until now. I don't think I'll need my AC much this summer! I installed 18 windows and 1 sliding glass door. The sales rep Sydney was fantastic, the measuring rep & install group were very professional. They were in and out, clean & quiet. I highly recommend American Vision Windows. more

I just put in all new windows in a condo. The process was painless and American Vision Windows was very accommodating to my schedule. The sales person was excellent. She was not one of those aggressive pushy salespeople. She was helpful and thoroughly explained my options. I was a little skeptical when she told me installation would be quick and easy, but it was. They showed up on time and within a few hours I had 9 new windows installed and there was no mess. The workers cleaned up after themselves and also put up temporary blinds. I was completely happy with American Vision Windows. more

My wife and I made the normal calls when doing a large house project: Home Depot, Ads we've seen in the newspapers, Yelp suggestions, and American Vision Windows whose ad we have heard on the radio. We were most impressed with the AVW presentation and their thoughtfulness and concern for us as customers. We paid a little bit more than we would have at Home Depot, but we definitely got better windows and much nicer frames, better customer service, more options, and more attentive service. Don Adams, Tim Thelan, Oscar, Mark, and everyone else involved were great to work with. We are very happy with our windows, they look great, and we plan on enjoying them for a long time to come. I couldn't recommend them more (and I already have to my neighbors). more

I usually dread hiring out home improvement projects because of past experiences, but American Vision was great! Brad helped us choose our Anlin windows and he literally knew his windows inside and out. Everyone who came through our door from AW was friendly, polite, and efficient. The installers stayed on schedule and everything went so smoothly. We only replaced five windows and I already notice a HUGE difference in this 90 degree weather, our house has stayed cool and I have not had to run the air. I cannot wait to do the rest of our windows! more

This was our first experience dealing with a window contractor and we just got lucky right from the start. Don’t get me wrong, our Anlin windows are great but it’s the service we would come back for. From the day that Don Adams came out and measured our window openings to the day of installation, we have been very satisfied with the entire AVW team. We have been treated like part of their family from the very beginning. We did recently have to return one of our Duette Window shades for repair (under warranty) and again Tracy Brough with AVW took care of us, making sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend them. They work hard to get your business and even harder to keep it. more

After shopping for replacement sliding patio doors, we were very impressed with American Vision Windows. Mike Wilson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was friendly and professional. My wife and I interviewed three different companies. Two of the companies where recommended by friends, American Vision being one. This was not a easy chose, as all three presented well. We picked American Vision based on 3 things, pricing, quality of product, and time to complete the install. The order time ended up being less than quoted by 3 weeks, very nice. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. We had 4 windows replaced, a slider replaced, and 2 windows converted to sliders. They had to cut out the walls and move electrical for the 2 sliders. They also installed new porch lights for all sliders. The crew finished in the early afternoon (quote stated could take up to 2 days), everything cleaned up and spent time with us on what they did and to review the use of the new windows, and sliders. They even made sure the automatic lighting was working correct. We had to do NO CLEANUP after they left. Just move our furniture back that we moved out of the way. My wife and I are very happy with our new windows and sliders. We have already noticed the difference in the noise reduction. I would highly recommend American Vision, but please do your own shopping and research. That way you know you did your part in the selection and will have the same satisfaction that I have when all completed.\r \r Warning on city permits. American Vision stated we should not need to pull a permit. But did warn if someone complained to the city that could change. Guess what? I have a POS neighbor that complained to the city and had to spend $450 for a permit. American Vision took care of getting the permit for us and charged us for the $450 only. Five days later it took the inspector all of 2 minutes to inspect and left with the comment that everything looks great (SERIOUS). So check with your city for the need of a permit and what the expense is, just in case.\r more

Have been a customer of American Vision Windows since 2006. Since that time, I've had 3-4 projects which resulted in replacing all the windows and doors to the house.\r In each instance, the sales, remeasure and install teams have been very professional and extremely courteous. Dear Reviewer, If you want product, price and professionalism, then I recommend American Vision Windows (AVW). AVW is the way to go for replacement windows. Furthermore, service continued after the initial installation. When two of my windows were broken during a burglary, Armen, Project Manager, came to my home that night and helped me clean up the broken glass and inspected the frames. Jason, Senior Service Manager, appeared the next morning, measuring and ordering my new windows. Within a few days, Ryan, the Installer, replaced my windows and left the yard and home without debris. We no longer hear our neighbor’s wind chimes.\r Service & Co-operation: The renovation in our house required that we install one of the windows at a later date. My experience with American Vision Windows from beginning to end was excellent!! Non-pressure sales, knowledgeable, professional, very friendly and good pricing. Financing was applied for and approved on-site, in a matter of minutes. We had all the windows and sliding glass door replaced. The installation crew did a fantastic job. They were fast, clean, courteous and very professional. The windows and door look beautiful!! Since the installation, we have had varying weather so we have had an opportunity to see the huge difference these windows make in both cold and hot weather. Don Adams and the AVW staff felt like family, everyone I dealt with including the very capable installation crew, were eager to address my questions & concerns and make my experience as smooth as possible. I've recommended AVW to all of my family and friends, and they have experienced the same personalized experience. As for our new windows and doors, Wow! they exceed all of our expectations, our heating/cooling bills have been drastically reduced, and they are a breeze to maintain. Before you buy any window or door upgrades, give Don at AVW a chance to show you their wonderful products and great deals. We had American Vision Windows install our windows this passed year and all we can say is WOW! We searched long and hard for a reputable company to do this.. We live in a house that was built in 1968 and it had all the original windows and sliders. Plus we had these pillars that divided up our front windows that faced the street upstairs and downstairs and decided to open it up to one large window. We were worried about how this would happen and they kept telling us "don't worry, we have done many of this type of installation before and it will look great." We trusted them and yes, it looks fantastic. Not only that, but we had some stucco work done in the front of these windows and we were amazed at how well they matched the stucco color. Gabrielle did a fantastic stucco job! Thank you! The other issue we had was a very large 16' slider/window. Well they don't make a 16' slider in the brand we got (Anlin) so thanks to the handy work of our installer John Solorzano and crew, he came up with a solution to use a 12' slider and a 4' solid window and handcrafted this very cool pillar and dressed it up and it looks perfect ...like it was meant to be this way...so that turned out great too ...thankn you John! We have had heat, cold, wind, rain and not one problem with our Anlin windows! Every time we have called American Vision with any questions they have been more than patient and courteous. We would highly recommend American Vision Windows to anyone looking to upgrade the windows in their house. Especially a house that has old original windows like ours did.
