Andrew came right when he said he would, provided helpful information about my furnace, and help me set up an appointment with an engineer.

Worst

We had an issue of the pilot light occasionally going out. American Vintage fixed that just fine, it seems, but now the thermostat does not seem to work. The furnace won't stay on...

I have used American Vintage Home for many years. They are very reliable. The technician Bob serviced my boiler and furnace. He was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. more

Having just moved to the city from another state we were relying on neighbors to recommend a good AC company. American Vintage Home came highly recommended and we certainly found Bob our technician to be very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. It is good to know we are in competent hands going forward. more

On a cold, cold day in early January 2013, I called American Vintage Home for service on my furnace system that was not functioning properly. I was told the technician, a fellow named, Pawel would be at my house between 12 and 4 pm. \r \r Pawel called my house prior to coming...at just after 12pm! He was friendly, professional and fixed the problem with my furnace.\r \r I rate his service highly.\r \r Ben more
