Recently purchased a tire from them and will not be returning anytime soon. It took them 3 1/2 hrs to put 1 tire on a rim ( first 2 hrs the tire sat against the wall b/c they haden't had a chance to get to it yet, although i was watching them work on a car that came in 45min after I did)after sitting around for 3 1/2hrs i walked over to the service department again to find out the tire had been done for almost an hour and no one had even tried to contact me. When I tried to pay for the tire so i could get it and leave, i find out the reason no one contacted me was b/c they couldn't find the paperwork. I had to walk back and forth from main office to service department trying to find the paperwork while the employees just sat around.. Finally after 30min the sales associate finally rings me up even though paperwork was never found. When i went to the service area to pick the tire up and told them they still cant find the paperwork on it, the responce i got was "well thats our office for ya" I guess wasting 3 1/2hrs sitting around b/c someone cannot do a simple job is common and expected for them.. The icing on the cake was the entire time spent in there many employees would walk past me and look at me, yet no one stopped to ask what i was waiting for... I had to take matters into my own hand to get things done. In the future, i would rather pay shipping charges up to ak rather than bring buisness to them again
