Abandons Long-Time Customers 2/11/2008

We were a long-time customer of American Telecom. They decided one day to stop servicing our account without notifying us. They wouldn't return any of my telephone calls - I even ended up having to ship Valcom speakers back to them at my company's expense. DO NOT USE. DO NOT TRUST. PERIOD. Pros: None. Cons: Everything. more
