because of service magics quik reaction i had 5plumbers come by and give free qoutes and 4phone calls from plumbers.thanks ameritech and thomas,and thanks service magic who needs american home shield (servicemaster)when you can use service magic quick easy and you dont have to deal with nast attitudes from call reps and lies they make in there contracts.thank you servic e magic more

They were always on time, worked fast and professionally, kept the cost as reasonable as possible and genuinly cared about doing the job right. They will ALLWAYS be the plumbers I call!!!!! Technician was on time, courteous, and provided a written estimate. He even offered up his license without my having to ask. Service rendered was fast and of quality. He had the part needed for my repair on the truck, which saved me time/travel expenses to obtain the part. All in all an excellent experience! more
