If you choose not to proceed with repairing your TV or Appliance, American will give you 1/2 your estimate fee back toward the purchase of a replacement product. If something in your home isn't working right, odds are American's repair team can solve the problem, regardless of whether you purchased your product from American or not. Products/Services At American we realize that we all lead busy lives, and the last thing we need to be waiting around the house for is a technician to repair something that we would have preferred didn't fail in the first place. To minimize this inconvenience American does a number things: we schedule in home visits with two hour arrival times, we email important updates to you regarding your repair, we text arrival updates to you, and we use the old fashioned call ahead as well.
