Don't go to this laser clinic! If they call you because you WON a prize it is total bull, they are pulling a bait and switch to unsuspecting people.\r \r They called and hassled me until I finally called them back because I had won a $300 coupon. I was asked what I would put my $300 towards and I said I would like a fotofacial. An hour out of my day and waiting 20 minutes in the lobby to find out it's $300 TOWARDS THEIR EXPENSIVE PACKAGES! Wouldn't you be mad? They're a bunch of deceptive liars! What they are doing borders on illegal! I contacted their customer service to be hung up on and then told too bad, we offered you a $300 coupon, anyone would expect that you get $300 worth of service! NOT ONCE DID THEY SAY IT WAS $300 TOWARDS A PACKAGE, NOT ONE SINGLE SOLITARY TIME! Don't support this business. Go to a local clinic owned and operated in Colorado. \r \r One ticked off person. more

laser hair removal ineffective 10/25/2011

While the techs seem nice, I have been very disappointed with the lack of results. This is a very expensive time consuming procedure and, frankly, I expected ALOT more. I had 3 laser hair removal sessions 15 years ago and had better results way back then. They are very inflexible about the length of time between treatments. I would definitely not go back here again. It would be a better and most cost effective option to go to one of the places that offers by the treatment pricing instead of getting locked into an expensive contract here. That's what I will be doing to try to get the results I was looking for after my contract expires and I am still hairy. more

This is THE place 7/28/2010

Don’t waist your time going to other laser centers, you’ll just end up getting burned, literally. I started at Rocky Mountain and demanded a full refund after getting scorched by their technician, not once not twice but three times and trust me, your bikini line is not a place you want blisters because some tech doesn’t know how to do her job properly. I was about to give up my quest for hair removal but went in to American Laser Center because of their great reputation. I have come to find that that reputation is well deserved. My first appointment I grilled the tech about the laser and she floored me with her knowledge; these girls no their stuff and more importantly HOW TO USE IT. I have finished my bikini line and am moving on to my legs. Do yourself a favor and learn from my HUGE mistake and don’t waist your time going anywhere else. American Laser Center is the best there is and they’ll prove it to you just like they proved it to me. Pros: Knowledgable and FUN Cons: are you kidding me? more

No place else like it 6/10/2010

I originally called a laser eye center thinking it was all the same but got turned down there, Ignorance was not bliss for me but my next phone call was to the Cherry Creek office of American Laser Center and they scheduled me for an appointment the next day, eager to get started I received a free trial treatment on an area I want to be de-haired and then met with the manager of the clinic to talk over my options. She was upfront and honest about how long it would take and what results I could expect. A little over a year later I am absolutely thrilled with the results and have lost 90% of the hair so far and still have some more treatments to go. This place gets an A+ in all areas from the people to the product. more

Less is MORE!!!!! 6/9/2010

When it comes to my legs, less hair is more. And the Cherry Creek Location of American Laser Center has done just that. It was very affordable; I didn’t have to finance a single dollar. What’s more, I got it practically for free with their VIP referral program. I referred my mom, sisters and a lot of girlfriends here and have gotten checks that almost completely cover the cost of not only getting my legs done, but I’m moving onto my bikini line. Unbeatable Service 5/27/2010

I had unknowingly scheduled a treatment on Memorial Day and the office was not going to be open that day but i did not have any other dates that worked into their schedule to keep on track with my treatments. They went above and beyond and not only stayed open late on a Saturday but kept it open only for me. They normally close at 3 on Saturday but I had my sons soccer game and wasn't able to be there till 5. They reopened the entire center just for me. They really went out of their way just for a 30 minute treatment. They have proven to me time and time again that they truly care about me and want to provide me with the best service imaginable and they deliver every time. Thanks to everyone at Cherry Creek, you gals are the greatest Pros: Always in contact with me Cons: none that I can think of more

Make them all Jealous!!! 5/9/2010

I had a 30 year reunion and wanted to do more than just get my hair done, I wanted to look younger than everyone in the room. A friend I go to church with told me her little secret and it wasn?t a cream, lotion, or evasive surgery, it was getting laser treatments. I could easily see how well it was working for her cause she didn?t have any crows feet and her forehead looked flawless. I went in to talk about how long it would take to remove a few years from my face. In only 5 treatments they were able to reverse decades worth of facial wear and tear, it is truly amazing. I would have paid double if I knew that the results were going to be this astonishing. I have stopped wasting my money on gimmick creams and have seen the light (literally). Look younger by going to American Laser Center!!!!! more

So long Unibrow 5/9/2010

It’s ridiculous I know, but I used to have a Uni-brow, keyword USED TO. The gorgeous girls at American Laser Center have fixed that socially frowned upon fur ball bridging my brows. The appointments were super fast and easy. And given how inexpensive it was I can’t believe I didn’t get it done sooner. This is the only place to go because they are the best, pure and simple. Pros: PERFECT!!! Cons: should have done it sooner!! more

Smooth Skin, Highly Recommend!! 5/3/2010

My acne left me with terrible skin both on my face and my shoulders. Since I?ve started at ALC both my facial pot holes and back blemishes have decreased dramatically. In the past I spend tons on stupid creams and preventative measures that didn?t amount for anything. This has worked great and I am ecstatic with the results. Anyone who is tired of bad skin should go here!! more

The Place To GO!!!!! 5/3/2010

My appointments at the Cherry Creek American Laser Center have all been super fast, and produced the results I’ve wanted. There is always someone there to greet me with a smile and bring me in for my quick appointment. Once I am done I make my next appointment at my convenience and am on with my life. I have been to other laser centers in Denver during my quest for skin perfection and this is by far the best of the best. Pros: EVERYTHING I WANTED Cons: NONE!!! more

Fantastic results 4/30/2010

It’s been 9 months since I started going to the cherry creek location and I am seeing exactly what I wanted. I’ve had 80% hair reduction already and I still have some more treatments. I barely every have to shave my legs anymore and every time I have had an appointment the staff have been kind, knowledgeable and fun. I highly suggest ALC and have sent multiple friends there. I am halfway through my treatments and see the results they described at the initial consultation. It already takes less time to shave and I have a good experience everytime I go in for a treatment. I referred my sister to this location and she is just starting and has agreed with me. She couldn't afford it 100% so was able to finance the remainder. Great results, great price more

Great experience, Great value 3/12/2010

I am done with my treatements, it took about a year and a half but I no longer have to shave my legs so I can't complain. I would have had to shave my legs for the rest of my life (unless I wanted my husband to divorse me) He and I are very happy with the results and he bought me my bikinni line to be lasered next. Great results great experience, highly recommend Pros: NO MORE SHAVING more

Good People, Great Experience 3/4/2010

I was referred to American Laser Center from the place I spray tan; I bought a month of tan and got a free microderm abrasion. I had never done anything like it before and to be honest I was a little apprehensive but the young woman that performed the procedure did a great job of explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and much like most of my fears it was all in my head. I loved the results of only one treatment so I am going back for more, with their laser and a little luck I plan on getting carded again when I buy Alcohol and if I?m really lucky, Cigarettes too. more

To My Gillete Mach 3 Razor:\r \r It is with great relief that I inform you that your hack job services are no longer a requirement in my daily routine and thus, my life. As the best Christmas present ever my parents bought me the gift of freedom. Freedom from the daily ritual of scraping you across my face and chestle region and giving me all that time I spend shaving, which quickly adds up day after day after day. If you could also inform your friend Razor Burn that he is no longer welcome at the real estate he used to reign over. I have seen the light and it is red and zaps my hair away and it is time that we part ways. It’s not me, it’s you. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!! 12/4/2009

Do yourself a favor and find a reputable medical clinic that does laser hair removal. American Laser Centers is a rip-off as the other people here have stated. I'm a guy and signed up for laser of my back hair. 1 1/2 years into this and its still growing almost the same as when I first went in. Almost every time I show up, there are different people working there. The staff is not trained very well and, get this, even once the girl doing the work was a stripper. I didn't mind that too much and it made for interesting conversation, but the poor girl barely knew what she was doing with the laser. The cost is too high for the service they offer. I had called a number of medical clinics that do the same thing and wish I had gone there instead, but I chose this company because of location - BAD DECISION. more

Don't waste your money 10/28/2009

1.5 years into the process and terrible results. I signed up for both underarms and legs and still have to shave as much as before. I am well into my ""one year guarantee"" and I've been totally let down. Also, the conned me into vella shape which didn't work at all. All the processes are time consuming and painful, not to mention expensive. I actually gained inches on vella shape. Plus, they have a $75 cancellation fee though when they cancel on you (2 x), they don't even acknowledge the double-standard - yes, you guessed it, no $75 for me. Also, all the while the treatments are not working, they are trying to sell you additional packages - it is infuriating! save your money! Cons: Doesn't work more

RIP OFF 5/14/2008

I went into thier office to inquire about laser hair removal. This place is like a used car lot! The sales people are pushy, shady, and rude when you show reluctence. I say don't waste your time in here, it's also super expensive. Luckily I went here after having treatments somewhere else, I wasn't immpressed at all by their sales tactics. They tried to tell me how other places would lie to me and tell me my hair wouldn't grow back and it would, and spent more time talking about how great their company was than anything else. Try Skin Solutions on Speer and Washington.. Their treatments are quick, moderately priced ($60 each or 6 treatments for $300) you can buy single treatments or packages. No pressure, no gimmicks to get you in. Pros: Nothing!! Cons: Everything!!! more
