My first laser treatment 7/13/2010

I recently experienced my first laser treatment (facial) at ALC Las Vegas. Everyone there was kind and courteous. It seemed to me as though they went out of their way to make it a comfortable and positive experience for me. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4/19/2010

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! They are just sales people trying to meet monthly quotas. I have two friends who went here recently and each were given completely different "deals" on packages. The prices varied so much and they both wanted pretty much the same thing. Do not go here!!! I have read so many other (horror stories)comments on other websites. And they arent old comments. There are a lot from recent 09 as well as just this year. My friends felt so pressured to buy that they just got a bad feeling about this place and left. They said the girls there seemed very fake and like they are so happy to have you there but when you don't want to buy it turns sours quick. I have heard so many bad things about american laser centers. Somebody just has to let the cat out of the bag on this place! This whole company should be ashamed of what they do. If you had a bad experience with them you need to get it out there so others know to AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Misleading Statements-Bad Business! 3/17/2010

Please be aware that these are very high pressure salespeople, and that once you sign anything, you can not cancel for any reason. They tell you they need to do a "quick skin test" before you leave. This is so they can say they began your treatments, thus voided the cancellation policy in their contract! They don't mention that the skin test is considered a procedure. Be very aware! Left a very bad taste in my mouth, and when I called the company they use for financing, I was told there are many, many complaints from people like me, and that I should call the Better Business Bureau. You can be sure I've done that! more

My wife went to Amer Laser Center on west Sahara for some laser treatment. She was very pleased with the results and has referred friends there as well. The staff was very friendly and the office manager, Kristie was very professional. She would use them again. Pros: fantastic more

What a bunch of baloney! 9/17/2009

I tried to speak to a physician- no where to be found. Called the Complaint center , got back to me a month later with an unbelievable justification for their false advertising. The staff insisted that the laser they used was the best. In fact, they did not even know the difference between a true class 4 laser and IPL! While the public may not know the dif, it is clearly unacceptable for the staff of a LASER clinic to be clueless about the differences . Scary stuff! Do your homework people! I am an expert in the field of laser hair removal and would never patronize American Laser Centers--at any price! Cons: Staff grossly misinformed re the very technologies they use! more

Professional, Nice Staff and Atmosphere, Good Choice 5/20/2008

I have been going here for a few months, and love the relaxed atmosphere, the staff is great, friendly and helpful. I never had problems with my laser removal, no burns or discomfort, and the hair stopped growing as much, I've seen results. They also have some financial plans for you if you don't have all the money at once, they'll work with you depending on your income. Pros: Professional, friendly, helpful, ambience more

The staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable. I highly recomend american laser center to anyone. I have see wonderful results and am going to continue with more packages. I have been getting my neck lasered and i have no more ingrown hairs and see a great reduction of hair only after a few treatments. If you need laser hair removal, go to american laser centers! Excellent customer service 4/12/2008

I would highly recommend this business to anyone. They have excellent customer service and a very friendly staff. I have been coming here for over two years for laser hair removal and for chemical peels and my experience has been nothing but positive. This was my first experience with this type of business and again my opinion is very positive. I have nothing negative to say about the staff or the results of the procedures I have received here more

I am very fortunate to find this association. I have been looking for this for a long time. God knows how many places i went to relieve all my hair problems. A contest SHAM, and odd behavior. 10/21/2007

This place had an online contest I entered and I ""won"". Excited, at first I was very turned off once I arrived. Come to find out I didn't win anything because to get my free treatments I had to buy a ""package"". There was ""no"" small print t warn the consumer or other procedures I could get in leiu of this. It was buy this $1900 package or get lost. The lady spoke to me in abnormally ""loud"" voice that made me very uncomfortable and I grabbed my belongs and left. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.
