When A Person is Sick No Compassion 10/4/2011

I have been out of work for 4 months and I'm living on Disability. I had a tooth come out which was temporary and no one is helping me and I'm walking around with a messed up mouth. I know I owe but if I don't have it to give contact my insurance. I really don'thave what is being asked. more

Braces Orthrodontic 10/1/2011

Great staff and great service. All staff members were prompt, professional, and caring. My daughter is only nine and the staff explained everything to her while she was have her braces put on. They gave both of us piece of mind. more

Calming Experience 9/29/2011

I already did a review last week. This week the same, excellent dental service, great dentist Dr.Lobaton ...love her, she is wonderful and already recommended your facility to two other people. Also Kersten is great, wonderful hygientist who knows her stuff, and walks you through every step she is taking with you. She is extremely sensitive to the patient's comfort and gives excellent injections...I told her that i hoped she stays with your Group forever.....she is wonderful too!!!!! Wonderful experience 9/29/2011

Maria who did my deep cleaning was absolutely wonderful, even though I am a grandmother I hate going to the dentist and getting those needles. But she was a pleasure to work with and my teeth look beautiful can't wait for another week so she can complete my deep cleaning. more

Thank you American Dental 9/22/2011

Thank you for a good experience at American Dental. Kersten the hygienst was great, she gave painless injections and walked me through the whole perio cleaning process...and make me feel comfortable. I love Dr. Lobata...she is terrific and she is like a magician with her injection techique..the office runs smoothly everyone is very helpful and sympathic to the patients. A Visit to American Dental 9/15/2011

The office was warm and friendly, the receptionist was quite helpful and caring. Before i could sit down with a cup of coffee i was ready to go in and sit with the Peritonitist, he was amazing and thourough. I would and i have recommended this facility to family and friends it was truly a delightful experience. Who ever says that about the dentist. more

August Visit 9/11/2011

The assistant that worked with my dentist did not know how to operate the suction device. After many notifications that she was sucking the dry part of my cheek and not attending the area that was most in need of attention she continue to suck the area that did not need suction. My dentist had to give me 4 anesthetic shots for my upper cavity after I repeatedly told him that it hurt as he drilled. It has been close to 3 weeks and my upper jaw is still sore. more
