In my line of work it's important to dress well, so I've acquired some hand tailored suits and shirts over the past couple of years. It's a bitter pill to swallow when a $2,400 suit's lining gets torn to shred after only wearing the suit 4 times. Thanks, American. At least I still have the suit and can pay to have the lining replaced, because they certainly accept ZERO responsibility for that. To boot, of the 15 shirts I brought to them, 3--and of course they're the 3 that were hand tailored for me at $219/ea--have gone missing. I'm still waiting for resolution there. Bottom line, drive a little further and skip this, not worth it.
Pros: Located close to my house, that's it
Cons: Ruined clothes, lost clothes, no attention to detail
