I have used American Choice Van Lines twice now and they are excellent. I can book them last minute and their prices are super fair. The movers are always helpful and ready to work. They handle every piece with care. The whole experience was easy, efficient, straight forward. They were well prepared with dollies, plastic wrapping to protect furniture, and blankets to protect my electronics and other large pieces. They are a well mannered company; well I did call another company and asked them for a quote. As the operator heard me saying the price was high, he snapped the phone. There needs to be a basic element of professionalism and with American Choice Van Lines you will just find it. I never take the time to write reviews, but it meant a lot to me to spread the word about American Choice Van Lines Movers. They have labored to make sure I get a great and comfortable move and for this I am very grateful to them. Great service. We booked this company after being impressed by the reviews we read on this website. The rep was a very nice person to deal with. Because we also wanted the packing service she advised that the whole move should be over 2 days, as we had quite a lot of stuff. Everything she said they will do happened in the actual move day. They used professional covers for our sofas and all our mattresses. The guy who was packing our kitchen was also a pleasure to deal with and he has done a very professional job in packing our breakables. The only complaint here is that he used too much tissue and bubble wrap, but I guess that is why we had no damage. After unpacking I literally ended up with about 30 bin bags full of tissue. So, in the first day a 5 men crew came and packed everything in no time and in the same day they also loaded and moved a bit more than half of everything we had. They were all very polite and knew what they were doing. The next day only a 3 men crew came back as there was not too much left. Again they did a very good job. So we were like moved in a total of 2 days and American Choice Van Lines made it possible for us. I recommend you and will continue to do so to anyone looking to move in a good budget and quickly. more

I used American Choice Van Lines for a cross country move from San Francisco to NYC. The movers and customer service fell short of my expectations, unfortunately they suck when it really matters: getting your stuff to you. We are still waiting on our belongings. Although they did estimate a window (understandable for such a big move) to deliver our goods, the window was pushed further and further out. I guess there is no incentive for them to actually deliver your belongings once they have your cash. The owner is incredibly rude, and yelled at me on the phone, too - which didn't help at all. Very disappointed with American Choice. They made many excuses: weather, timing, cost, etc. The fact is, my family has no furniture and no belongings in our new house until they arrive with it. I would not recommend them, and wish that I had read what people were saying here and elsewhere before I hired them. more

They are a highly recommended company online and most of their customers seemed extremely pleased with their work. The company helped us move within California, we were actually moving to LA and we were very excited to move to LA. There was a lot of stuff that needed to be transported to LA; it was literally 3 bed moving into a 3 bed. I can’t imagine the movers managed to shift and pack up our full house in a matter of hours. We had actually lived in our previous house for 20 years and there was a lot of things which needed to be carried. The stuff also was reached our new residence the very next day and in 3-4 hours the packers had packed all our stuff. The packers went through all the packing and opened the bubble wrap and helped us arrange the full house. There was also no damage and the company managed to process a more than perfect move for us and lived up to every bit of our expectations. I am very happy with the services American Choice Van Lines have provided us and I recommend them for sure to all. I had requested many companies to help me with a speedy shift but most companies were not in a position to adjust so quickly. Although many were very understanding and offered a slot which could normally be considered a good timing. But with a roof coming down we had no option but to evacuate till the thing was fixed and especially when we were in the winters. American Choice Van Lines was the only company to offer us a same day shift and they were considerate to charge us a price which was not increased due to the urgency of the shifting. The company is very well organized and did a fantastic job for us they came in and with the snapped roof managed to pack all the stuff. The company removed all our belongings braving the weather and packed all our stuff in boxes. We had arranged an accommodation for two months and also had requested ACVL to help us reach the house again. The company managed to move us out and them back in our house and did their job very efficiently. In both the trips there was no damage and the company managed to deliver us a classis move which was no short of complete perfection. So if you are looking to shift and need to find someone or some company who can help you it would be recommended to try American Choice Van Lines as they are very good, organized and fast at doing their work. more

The best investment for any city move and the most peaceful. These guys were great. We had under-estimated how much stuff we had when we talked to them on the phone so once they showed up they realized that it was going to be a bigger job than they had expected but it was no problem for them. They did increase the price slightly but I knew it was coming and it is very understandable that if the work increases the cost does too increase. They just got to work and got us moved in a surprisingly short amount of time. There was a lot of stuff in addition to the things I carried from my first move. For ACVL it was just another normal working day. The increased price was also lesser than another offer I received from a company. Any ways American Choice Van Lines have now become like a trusted friend who one can bank up on the time of need. Will definitely move with them again and at the same time recommend them very strongly to all. The people were exceptional and they were all wrestlers and managed to pack up and bring all the heavy stuff down a staircase with complete ease. The guys accurately followed their timeline, they worked and there was not time wasting in between the work. The boys only took a five minute break this was after they had loaded all the heavy stuff; I suppose they were getting some breath. Gordon and his workers did a very hard job and it was a pleasure to watch them work in this manner. They moved up and down three flights of stairs to move my heavy furniture. It was great to have guys with such great manner. They moved my entire house without any difficulty and I would say the time they took was approximately 3-4 hours. The move was completely tension free and damage free and they boys took all preventive measures to make sure it turned out the way we wanted it to be. They also helped us set up the new place and spent 2 hours with us at the new house as well. This was exceptional on their part; they were there to help us right till the end. I would like to call upon them on my next move. more

I have to say this is absolutely true as we too allotted out moving work to them and they never changed the terms or charges us anything extra. The price they quoted was exactly what we were looking to pay and seemed absolutely fair for the distance the goods needed to be transported. They also packed our goods with the best available material and did the packing job quickly. The goods took four days to reach some of our relatives in Florida told us the time they took to deliver was more but I was satisfied with the result of the move American choice Van Lines processed for us. Hiring American Choice Van Lines was a great decision! I had just graduated from college and most of my friends had already left, so I didn't really have any options other than to hire movers. I was pleased when I was quoted for a 4 hour move for $850 for a one bedroom apartment in a walk up to an elevator building. The team called me half an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if I needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away. Getting started early?! Not at all what I expected but was a great start to the experience. Kiron and his team had no qualms carry my boxes, some of which were very heavy, packing up some miscellaneous items, and carefully protecting my furniture. When we arrived at the new apartment the guys were great about placing items where I asked. Start to finish the move only took three and a half hours! I was blown away. I think my experience of moving with American Choice Van Lines was nothing less than a 100% perfect. They managed to do everything that could be considered as a perfect move, their customer service was great and they even came down to our house the very same day we called for an inspection. This is a good way to start off; most movers avoid this as they agree to a price and get the opportunity to tell the customer that they underestimated the work. American Choice Van Lines first made this suggestion to us and told us this would enable them to give us an estimate of what the cost would be. Well the price they quoted was a one off price and they assured us that the price would not increase. We were very impressed with their honesty; although we had received a quote which was slightly cheaper then American Choice Van Lines we felt comfortable working with American Choice van Lines and hired them. The movers delivered us a perfect move and assured us that they would try their level best to insure that there would be no damage. When we received our stuff we realised that care was taken to make sure that the goods were not damaged during transit. I spent few days researching several moving companies and American Choice Van Lines had pretty darn good reviews so I hired them to move my storage content from New York to California. The whole process was finished in a week’s time and that's because it was a pretty long distance to cover. They loaded my stuff into a good looking VAN because that was exactly what was my requirement; in terms of my goods to be transported. I watched them stack the boxes in the truck and they did it pretty easily. It looked really neat and I was sure the stacking would insure I would have no damage at all. Honestly, customer service was great and they were very co-operative from the very start. I wasn't able to get in touch with their dispatcher during the first evening but they were quick to respond the next morning. The next morning they said that the office was closed for Sunday night, and it was very understandable that I was expecting too much. The reason why I give them 5 stars is because they delivered without damaging. And I saw few reviews that were complaining about loads of damage and theft. I never had any sort of damage or theft and that is more important than little things that are a part of the moving process. I will also recommend doing your research before hiring a moving company but American Choice Van Lines is one of the good ones and a definite choice. more
