My family and I stopped at your establishment on 7/19/09 for a bite to eat on our way from NY. After waiting a long time to receive the order from Roy Rogers we saw clearly that the reason was the person preparing the food was moving at a snails pace. We proceeded to get some fixing and found fruit flies feasting on the fixings. I informed one of the employees who told me that it would be taken care of . There was not butter for the baked potatoes we ordered as well, but the cashier took care of that at my request. A few minutes later someone came and took a couple of the containers to the back. We waited for 15 minutes to get some fixings but no one returned. We left to eat the meal only to find out the extra cheese I paid for was no where to be seen, and the baked potatoes were brown on the inside as if it was soaking in hot water. . I called the manager the next day he apologized, and offer some free Roy Rogers coupon for the inconvenience. I clearly ask if it could be used at another Roy Rogers. As if that was not enough the couple bags of fudge I purchased tasted expired. Pros: Great for one stop shopping Cons: Employees/ service needs improvment more

employment 4/25/2009

I was employed for two years before having surgery. After surgery, I returned to employment and was put on nights, weekends. Originally was hired for days, part-time and after complaining about my change to nights and weekends was fired. I had filled in for anyone that was out of work and this is the reward I received for being employed there. Pros: nice place to work Cons: management poor more

Clean Your Table Before You Eat There 4/4/2009

My family and I stopped at your service station at North Stoning, CT on March 29, 2009 on our way to Boston, Mass, to visit family. At first glance it seemed ok. We purchased some food to eat and found our seats. As we ate we noticed the janitor cleaning up. He rolled over his garbage can and proceeded to empty the garbage bag int his already full garbage can, some of it spilled on the floor. He picked it up ok, but then he put the used garbage bag back into the holder to be used again. THEN he took this rag that was wet and dropped it on the floor and wiped up the crumbs with his foot on the rag. THEN he proceeded to pick it up off the floor and swiped at the tables. Thank goodness we were already done eating, we did shop, but never sat down again at the tables. We were amazed at how sloppy he was. We have been in MANY Shell stations and this one took the cake! I don't know his name, but he would have been the ""janitor"" on duty at 2:00pm. This station has a Sbarros and a Roy Rogers, that was why we stopped.\r \r We wanted to let you know that this is happening and hopefully it can be corrected. I would hate it if someone got sick from this kind of behavior.\r Pros: Otherwise clean facility Cons: Janitor needs training more
