Some of the staff really knows what they are doing but good luck if you don't get one of the few that do. I was overcharged first. Then I was refused a coupon because I had cut it the way they did the last time I was in. The girl was rude and didn't listen to a word I said, seriously big deal, coupons for this place are everywhere (on there website, Valpak and weekly in the mail!!!) And then come to find out they didn't even give my puppy one of the injections I was charged for because he wasn't old enough!!!!!!! Beware and be careful go over every charge because some of staff are complete idiots!!!!!!!! Pros: Flexible Hours/ Good Drs Cons: Some of the staff is useless more

When I watch Emergency Vets on Animal Planet, I am reminded of the training, skill & commitment of the people at this hospital. They have cutting edge technology and old fashioned big hearts. I highly recommend this hospital! more

It is obvious that the Vets at this clinic love animals. They are kind and gentle and will go the extra mile to provide an accurate diagnosis for even rare disorders. The staff is personable and kind as well, waiting time is fairly good, and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend. more

I TOOK BOTH MY DOGS THERE FOR THERE FULL EXAMS AND ALSO FOR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, I MUST SAY THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING IN THE BEST MANNER, THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE , AND NICE. MY PETS FELT VERY COMFY AND SO DID I. THE PRICES WERE GOOD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR EVERYTHING. more

great: I have 3 dogs, so I see a lot of vets, because I am always looking for price and quality. These vets, they are good. Very caring and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience. The prices are reasonable and the facilities are state of the art, and the staff is constantly educating themselves to stay ahead. more

I WILL NEVER GO TO AAH AGAIN 5/17/2008

My family and I always went to AAH, but now that I have a pet of my own I will never again go to AAH again. I had to take my 6 month old puppy in because he had a blockage. Trying to get any information on my puppy was like pulling teeth and actually getting the Doctor on the phone that never even happened. I only talked to vet techs who only know what the doctor had told them. All around from the service at the front desk to the doctor, there is something lacking and I willl never trust these people to take care of any of my pets ever again. more

Excellent practice: I have been taking my 2 dogs to AAH for almost 5 years. I love the fact that even though it?s a large hospital, my dog sees the same vet, and he knows the history of my dogs. And because of that, my dogs are very comfortable with him and his staff. more
