I bought a RV from them Jan 02, 2013. After being called in to pick up my RV, I drove 1 hour to get there, and waited another 6 in their parking lot. After I finally got my RV, I get a call 1 week later, say that my tag was from Canada. They then asked me to drive to them to show them the vin number. I refused, and had a DMV associate come to my house to verify the DMV vin number. It has been 2 months now and I have not yet received my title. Not only that but a woman I spoke to a week ago apologized, and confirmed she had my title on here desk and would send it out promptly. Since it has been a week since that we spoke, and I live 1 hour away, I am puzzled as to why I still do not have my title. I have now begun looking up legal action, and have called the company to inform them of this. I am even on the phone... 55:02 minutes and counting on hold. How hard is it to say I will look this up for you sir, may we call you back? more

Was given a price, deposit taken, buyer order filled out and signed by ""sales manager"" gave financing info and 3 days later was told that unit was a consignment and that the owner now needed an additional $11000.00 on top of what was quoted and written in buyers order, to complete sale. more
