We have brought in 8 homeless cats to have the Dr. give them all shots and spay them. He did a wonderful job and we have been able to adopt every cat out to a good family! Thank you so much. more

Friendly and Caring 9/13/2011

Dr Sam carried out a procedure on my puppy before we got her so I went there again because of that. Dr Yolanda is particularly helpful, as my puppy almost died after a bee sting. She gave me emergeny details incase it happened again. The fees are always very affordable and I have never had to wait before being seen. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Very reasonably priced - we saved a ton on heart worm pills (and I looked everywhere) Very friendly and knowledgeable and they really work with you so that you can afford what you need. thanks!! more

Great Vet and Boarding 5/27/2011

The staff at Ambassador are great and very friendly. I have taken my little Dachshund to Ambassador several times since we adopted her for boarding and a vet visit and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism. I think my Dachshund actual likes going there too! more

Great Affordable Service 4/28/2011

I was referred to Ambassador Dog & Cat Hospital for removal of my dog's bladder stones. A few hospitals were charging around $1300.00 for the surgery, so I was amazed when Ambassador Hospital (Dr Sam) was able to do it at a fraction of that. I assumed that when I picked up my dog there would be more fees and I was prepared for the worst! In fact I even had a dream the bill was close to $300.00 more than what I was quoted! I was so relieved to find there was no change to my bill and it stayed at exactly what I was quoted! The staff was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Ambassador Hospital to any pet owner! more

Simply the BEST-Genuinely CARES for Animals (& their Humans) 3/8/2011

I've been coming to this location for several years now. I fell in love with it and the people who work there right away. My main Doctor is Dr. Sam and I honestly couldn't say enough nice things about him and his genuine love of animals if I wrote for days. I feel completely comfortable with him in his diagnosis of any health-related problems with my sweet kitties. He will listen to you, and cares about your animals deeply. You can feel comfortable asking him any questions you want and he will take the time needed to explain things to you without making you feel rushed. You can be open and honest with him about any limitations you may have, and he will listen to you and do whatever it takes to help your furkid. He will not turn you away like many places, but instead will help in any way he can so you are able to get treatment for your sweet animal. That is the quality of service and caring that has kept me coming back. I would recommend him and all of Ambassador Dog and Cat Hospital's staff to anyone. Dr. Sam is truly an angel for the animals! more

It took me a long time to find a Great Vet. The staff is so knowledgeable and great with my Kitties Otter & Kobie. The wait is never long. My mother-in-law loves Ambassador as well. Prices are great too! I recommend Ambassador to all my fellow pet lovers!! more

Ambassador is Family #1 1/19/2011

We found Ambassador just a little over a year ago and the moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. Dr. Sam and the front desk staff are the best. We brought in our little chihuahua Nugget when he got ill and the staff fell in love with him in an instant. We found he had kidney failure and Dr. Sam worked in a budget friendly treatment for our little guy. They would even call us at home two or three times a week to just check up on Nugget. We finally lost our Nugget, on January 2, 2011, and Dr. Sam and Staff got us through the tough time with kindness and heart . The great gift of Ambassador is that they have the power of empathy. We would not consider going anywhere else. Ambassador is simply the best. We love you guys. more

Ambassador Dog & Cat Hospital is a great place for boarding. The prices are very affordable. The staff members are nice and welcoming. I feel comfortable leaving my 2 doggies here each week. \r \r Ben & Betty thank you. more

Best Vet in Long Beach/Lakewood CA 1/16/2011

We just discovered Ambassador last year and could not be happier with them. The vets are knowledgeable and personable, and the entire staff is friendly and great to deal with. We have a lot of dogs, big and little, from young to very old, and at Ambassador each of them is treated with kindness. We have boarded our dogs there from time to time and rest easy knowing they are safe and receiving top notch care. The groomer, Gina, is just wonderful with all the dogs, even those that are not particularly fond of being groomed. It's just a great place that we are very happy we found. more

Ambassador Dog and Cat Hospital is conveniently located and well priced. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog was hopitalized recently because of an infection/fever and the doctor called not once but twice to give us up-dates on her condition. My dog felt much better after one night and was released with all the proper meds and after care instructions. The doctor called again after her release to check-up on her and her and I was pleasantly suprised that her re-check was included with the initial price so I didnt have to worry about paying a second time. I will definately use this hospital again! more

Caring atmosphere for my pets 11/22/2010

Our menagerie of animals have been seeing Dr. Sam for years. He and his staff have always been very caring towards them and have always been good to help us stay within our budget. Whether it's a vaccination or surgery, our pets always come home happy and healthy. Ambassador is a great place for all your furry friends! more

Great hospital for pets 12/7/2009

This hospital is great Dr. Sam is very good with my 2 dogs Cassy & Max we have been going here for 5 years now and we have no complains, the staff is so nice they always treat us like family. My dogs always board almost every other month and I have to say that they always go home very happy with no problems. I would like to recommend this hospital to all my friends and family. Pros: Have very good prices!!!!! more
